This community was okay. I really have nothing bad to say about it, but I also have nothing nice to say about it. The people were friendly and accommodating. The community was clean. It was just not a good fit for me.
My sister and her husband are doing very well here at this community. They really love it here, and my sister is improving very well. She has gained some weight, the meals are very good. They are meeting new people, it has really been a lovely experience. I'am very satisfied with their move to this community, and I would recommend it.
This community is so gorgeous and when I get old enough and need somewhere to go I want to go here. The staff is nice and helpful and the community is clean. I got to see the residents interacting with the staff. I just did not go to this community because they did not offer assisted living it is only independent living and dad needs more.
Dad is very happy here and is adjusting really well. The apartment is clean and close to everything that he needs. That was a major concern for him was to be near everything. They really need to change the carpet it is just horrible and it smells. The food is okay, not outstanding, but he has not had a bad meal.
So far everything has worked out very well for me here. I'am happy with my move to this community. The staff is kind and very helpful. The community is very well maintained, everything looks great. They offer nice activities and good food. Overall I'am pleased with all they have done for me.
It has been a very good experience for my mother here at this facility. They are caring for her and her needs very well. They do a very good job with keeping her room and the community nice and clean. They have a very good staff here. Overall everything is working out very well.
Very friendly, great food, clean and nice apartments, very encouraging
This is a very accommodating community they have really gone out their way to help us. They helped my father get settled in the community and have been patient with him. He really likes it here and the residents are very friendly. He participates in bingo and poker so they do have good activities keep him busy. The food is great we all went to have Easter dinner with him and they accommodated all us and there was 7 of us. It is a family friendly environment. So it is a good community for all of us.
On the whole I have been satisfied. However, it is a disappointment that there is a large rent increase every year. As quite a few other people here, my income is government pensions. It is widely known that we usually get a small cost of living increase. I should think that the annual increase would be somewhat in line, perhaps a little more, but the rent increases have been much larger. This year we are not getting ANY COST OF LIVING INCREASE AT ALL. My annual increase will be May 1. I sure hope it will take that into cons... read more
