My loved one is currently a resident at Augustine Landing. Overall, his experience at this facility has been very good. The cleanliness is great. The friendliness is okay. The front desk receptionist is not friendly, but all of the other staff is mostly friendly. The care services are good. The meals and activities are great! Augustine Landing is a great value for the cost and I would recommend them to others.

The person who works at the front desk or manager in office has always been attentive to any questions and also responding to any requests or needs in caring for my dad. Augustine Landing has been a blessing for dad. Relief of some worries on me as his care giver as he ages. The studio dad is in is small so had to minimize his furniture, but being he does not move around very well, small is good and working out

Our only issue with Augustine Landing was getting the apt ready for my parents. It needed a lot of work, and it was challenging getting it done Just about everyone has been very nice, especially [name removed] the maintenance director and [name removed] & [name removed] from housekeeping. While meals have been good, the service is very slow.

It honestly has been a great experience. The apartment is very nice. Most of the people there are very friendly. Really our only concern is that the staff seems to keep changing. But I would recommend it to others looking for senior living.

This place has an amazing location and a fantastic Executive Director! They have done over a million dollars in renovations and the people seem very friendly! So much is included for the money! The best place for seniors in Mandarin!

Everyone is pretty nice. Like everywhere they promise things, and they didn't happen or won't be fixed. The lunch service is a mess. There are not enough competent staff members to help out. Some have quit. The menu is kind of repetitious, but it's probably hard to come up with food most everyone will eat. Some of it is very salty which was surprising. This was a nice community. It felt a little too small and didn't have the grounds we wanted for our loved one.
