Drove 3 hours for a VW Eos for my daughter they represented as a nice vehicle in descriptions, pictures, and over the phone. The salesman (Jordan) couldn't start the car due to an issue with the start button, tried blaming it on possibly aftermarket (it wasn't). The roof must leak because there was literally mold growing on the rear seats! In addition, there was a 5"-7" rip in the passenger seat with foam coming out "conveniently hidden" in any photos. If I could rate a zero, I would. I spoke with dealer prior to making appointment to avoid wasting either of our time, being extremely transparent about my pre qualification. They said that it wasn’t an issue and they would work with that. When I arrived, they took my keys to “look over” my trade in. Never received my keys back, as they continued to run my credit through several different lenders, after disappearing. I told them I had no vehicle and needed one ASAP and wanted to talk to someone. I was told to try on Monday because the sales guy is going out of town. But when he comes back we can talk. Never got back to me.

Contact with the sales rep at the dealership was very interesting. She was very dry and somewhat arrogant. Before I can see the car, she wanted to act like it was a done deal and I was buying the car right then and there. "Trading in a vehicle, where is it at. It has to be here". I told her to hold on, we need to see and drive the truck before anything. She did not like my answer. Test drove the truck. I received a phone call from a salesman to. Informing me that the car was being used as loaner and he didn’t know when the car would be returned. I asked him to call me when the car was returned. Next thing I know the car was sold

Contacted them for more info (vehicle history) but they never actually answered any questions and just made some (what seemed to be) auto-generated response about them walking out and looking on the lot to confirm it's still there for sale... but I spose technically they still replied. lol

Their salespeople are not supposed to come out to be with a customer. Customers have to go inside for help. Rude.

Horrible thry advertised the car wrong and woukd not own up to it and I was stuvk with a car I did not want! Also thr guy finance guy is a slick talker and up the price 5000 more acting like he did me a favor. All around do not deal with this company most of the cars been in a accident!

Left me hanging think I was going to get the cat and they sold it right from under and made me think the car was available don't think I will be coming back.
