Contacted them about a car,they did call me right away. They said the car would be available to look at soon . THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AGAIN ABOUT THE THE CAR BEING READY. Pretty disappointing. I should have at least been Contacted if it was sold or not available. I thought they would at least help me find something else I was looking for..but nope!!!!

One van they were trying to sell had 4 accidents in the past per the Carfax report. The other van I wanted to test drive wouldn't start and it took a while for them to get it started. Then, found out the catalytic converter had been cut off of it (not their fault but had so many vehicles on the lot that they probably couldn't keep track of what was going on with them all). I was contacted only by email. I received a reply from one Associate that the car was in transit. And did not know when it would be available. A manager emailed me that I would hear from an associate early the next day. That did not happen and I emailed the "manager" as it was indicated in their email. Still no contact. Well I too was interested in a car that apparently hadn’t arrived on lot yet. (So why put it on your website?) I inquired about it on July 3rd they responded back the next day and then I was told they’d be back in contact when it arrived. No contact since and I bought from another dealer !

The car I asked about was “being inspected” for 2 weeks. They were supposed to contact me when it was ready for a test drive. They never let me know.
