I received a phone call from a salesman to. Informing me that the car was being used as loaner and he didn’t know when the car would be returned. I asked him to call me when the car was returned. Next thing I know the car was sold
Contacted them for more info (vehicle history) but they never actually answered any questions and just made some (what seemed to be) auto-generated response about them walking out and looking on the lot to confirm it's still there for sale... but I spose technically they still replied. lol
Their salespeople are not supposed to come out to be with a customer. Customers have to go inside for help. Rude.
Horrible thry advertised the car wrong and woukd not own up to it and I was stuvk with a car I did not want! Also thr guy finance guy is a slick talker and up the price 5000 more acting like he did me a favor. All around do not deal with this company most of the cars been in a accident!
Left me hanging think I was going to get the cat and they sold it right from under and made me think the car was available don't think I will be coming back.

Contacted them about a car,they did call me right away. They said the car would be available to look at soon . THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AGAIN ABOUT THE THE CAR BEING READY. Pretty disappointing. I should have at least been Contacted if it was sold or not available. I thought they would at least help me find something else I was looking for..but nope!!!!
They contacted me via email to say the car wasn’t actually there yet. It has been over a week and no return communication regarding the vehicle.
One van they were trying to sell had 4 accidents in the past per the Carfax report. The other van I wanted to test drive wouldn't start and it took a while for them to get it started. Then, found out the catalytic converter had been cut off of it (not their fault but had so many vehicles on the lot that they probably couldn't keep track of what was going on with them all).
