I called to ask about the tires on the car. The rep said he would check and call me back. When he didn’t, I called back and got another guy who said he would do the same. He never did either. On two occasions, I called and the phone just rang and rang. I would say there’s a good chance they’re a little shady.
Excellent pricing, but the lack of financial personnel created a bottleneck. There were people standing all around the lot and people leaving just frustrated.
Multiple salespeople were contacted to have the car inspected by an independent mechanic and instead they let another customer get it inspected and sold it out from under us
Would never go back. They lied about what was wrong with the car (they claimed that the oil was pitch black when in fact it had a complete oil change just 3 weeks before) and it was verified by 2 dealers and 2 certified mechanics that is was not, in fact, pitch black but still it's original tan/brown color. Cannot be trusted
We went to test drive this car and you could barely pull in they have so many cars packed on this little lot. We walked in and not one single person who worked there looked at us or acknowledged us. There were a few other customers sitting at tables who were not being helped yet either. We decided to go out on the lot and I stopped a worker to ask what the protocol was since no one seemed to be out helping. He was not very forthcoming in information and told us to look around first. Regardless if we would have liked this veh... read more
Business response:
Natalie, we apologize for your experience. Due to our pricing we can get very very busy- it sounds like all of our salesman were already busy helping multiple customers simultaneously. We help everybody based on first come first serve basis. The protocol is essentially to let a worker know which vehicle you would like to test drive (if you did not have a specific vehicle in mind they would typically inform you to take a look around so that you would be able to see what you would like to test drive, rather than pressuring you... read more
I offered the full price that the seller was asking, said I would pay over the phone either the deposit or full amount, or however necessary, but couldn't pick up the car for a few days to maybe a week. BUT IT WOULD BE PAID FOR! Salesman said he couldn't hold the car that long. Had I bought it normally and had it shipped, it wouldn't have taken any longer, this is a disorganized business that won't hear from me again for any of his vehicles at any price. I guess he had to have the cash today and the car gone tomorrow to make... read more
Business response:
Our salesman DID offer to hold the vehicle for you with a monetary security deposit. After explaining to you how the deposit worked you proceeded to become hostile and curse at him over the phone. He explained to you how our deposit system worked- if you purchase the vehicle the deposit would be credited to you (it would go towards the purchase of your vehicle, is is not a separate fee just to hold the vehicle)-however if you do not end up purchasing the vehicle it would not be refundable due to that fact that we would be tu... read more
I DO NOT want to rate them. SO THIS RATE WILL BE WRONG..!!! Because I truly don’t know how they are as a business. But I will say that all of their employees needs to be on the same page when it comes to seeking their vehicles. I drove an hour to test drive a car I talked to a guy about the night before an the dealership had already sold it to someone out of state. I just believe that they should make it more about the customer care than the money..!!
Business response:
Andrea, we truly apologize for your experience, our employees are specifically instructed to remind the customer to call the day of travel to our dealership to make sure the vehicle is still available. With the way we price our vehicles they typically sell within days of us receiving them. The only way to ensure a vehicle is held for you and not sold to anybody else would be to place a security deposit on the vehicle.
Would not negotiate much on price after I pointed out attempted fix of rust spot with paint runs on car. Heater motor whining going out and ALOT of dents in hood and scratches on car. Really look over the car your purchasing through these guys before you purchase. Pointed out everything wrong with car and salesman acted like he never heard a word I said. Wouldnt recommend.
My wife and I went to the Columbus branch and picked out a car on Monday. We weren't going to be able to pick the car up until Friday because we live two hours away and both work. We kept in touch with the dealership daily so they knew we still wanted the car. It was a simple case of having enough time to get there before they close. On Friday we called at 6:05pm to let them know we were going to be there close to closing but we were on our way. Upon arrival the financing manager, informed us the car had been sold "about an ... read more
