Asked a few questions never got a response beyond the auto email reply with the dealer contact info
They seemed turned off that I didn't want to use their financing, and told me I could fill out an online application but it would take a few days before someone got back to me because they are a "high volume dealership". I wish they were high volume in customer service.
Call dealership I got no return car from a salesperson showed up at dealership and was told car was not there and that it would not be there for a while due to that they just bought it and that it needed to be checked out and then salesperson walk away from me great sales pitch I call that bait and switch ......won't be back there
The worst experience. I called the night before a couple of times to get information about the vehicle I was going to look at. Called to make sure it was still available, I was told it was still for sale. Gave my number to let me know. I also let them know I was driving 5 hours one way, so I really needed to make sure it was going to be there. When I arrived shortly after opening, I found out it was sold the previous MORNING! Auto Boutique is a high-volume wholesaler; that's in their words. Don't expect personal customer service. It is rather chaotic with each salesperson serving multiple customers at once. They live up to the reputation of a "used car salesman." Expect to be there 2-3 hours, even if you know exactly which vehicle you want to test drive and plan to do a lot of sitting and waiting.
Nice cars at a great price, but it ends there. Unprofessional sales staff that is more interested in the money than in helping with the customer relationship. When buying a car it is a balance of the right vehicle and building trust in the dealership. With Auto Boutique, they never returned phone calls and actually told me they are a high volume dealership and don’t have time to respond to requests, after they promised to have a car ready for me to test drive the next day and then wasted my time. The throttle got stuck on the truck and when I told someone about it they said OK will fix it and put it back on the lot

We apologize about your experience sometimes mechanical issues can occur on used vehicles. We did have a vehicle where that happened, however did not allow any test drives or sale of the vehicle until after the issue was fixed. We parked it on the lot and put the keys on our service board and did not allow any further test drives until the issue was remedied. Requested accident information on a vehicle listed for sale. 2 or 3 days later received an email asking where I went and why I "disappeared." I responded that I was still waiting for the information. So far I've had no further response. Probably won't contact this dealer again.
We are a auto leasing company in Dayton, Ohio. I sent my GM to Columbus to look at this car. He had a list of a number of cars to look at. None of them were on the lot, the car they emailed me to come and test drive was at one of their other facilities. A terrible waste of time. Cannot do business with a place like this.
