Not good customer service. Very persuasive. We weren’t interested in other vehicles. We were specific to look at this car. Salesman was too pushy to look at their “other deals”. We will not recommend this place and we will not be back.

We apologize for your experience, however this does not sound anything like our salesman and this is the 1st time in 6 years we have EVER had anybody tell us our salesmen are pushy.. If there was a car you were interested in that was available on the lot- we would have no issue selling it to you. The only instance our salesmen would try to get you into another vehicle is if your vehicle was not available. Please send us an email with more information about which salesman helped you and which vehicle you were interested in
Waited over an hour to talk to salesman. Asked to test drive and took them half an hour to tell me the keys were at another location and that location was closed. Also due to the high volume of vehicles, salesmen know very little about vehicles on lot other than the CarFax report.
I was contacted via email but no follow up call.
I called and the man on the phone gave me the impression he was being bothered by me calling. When I did arrive, I couldn’t find a single place to park. Not enough parking to even get to the lot to check out the cars!
The car is not available and continues to be listed as available. The dealer sent me an email telling me so. They suggested I come and visit the lot. This feels like bait and switch to me.Not satisfied with this activity but they did contact me. Extra star for weak effort.
Most unprofessional business I’ve ever seen! The salesman were all running around and I couldn’t even get one to make eye contact with me. Some of the customers had been waiting in the lobby for hours! When I finally got a salesman to take me to my car he was rude and couldn’t answer any of my questions about the car.
The gentlemen that answered seemed very uninterested and didnt want to help at all. He told me the car was being tested and not to come because it was most likely sold

We are sorry that you are upset, however there is no way our Incoming phone call department would be able to assist you in this scenario apart from giving you a call back if the vehicle does not sell. If the car is being test driven by another customer they were absolutely correct to tell you not to come so that you do not upset when you show up and that vehicle has been sold. We apologize for making sure that you do not waste your time.
I inquired about a used vehicle that was "inbound", and had a question about it's CarFax report and color. Rather than offer to keep in touch and help with info when they could, the person who replied suggested that I "review their website regularly" and watch for pictures. I replied to that message from them and shared my thoughts and have not heard back. I'd call that sub-optimal customer service.
Not very eager to sell cars. Never responded to my response to them. Vehicle wasn't even available yet although they had it posted and no time frame on availability. Seemed like a scam to me
