The answer was too late and informed me that the car was sold. I think because I told him that I am living in Lexington and I can’t come directly in that time, so I requested more information about the car in order to prepare myself for driving between 3 and 4 hours to their location.
We drove to Columbus to see the car but could not get any help with buying it or test driving it. They told us it would be a 6 hr wait for someone to show us the car! They had a room full of people and one man said he'd already been waiting 5 hrs and was still on the wait list! So we left. Bad experience and a wasted 3 hr round trip drive.
Disappointed, had my own financing was ready to buy, Navy Federal, with blank check in hand.. they wouldn’t accept it. Seems like with the volume of cars and customers, didn’t really matter to them. Took my blank check elsewhere. Thanks for a different kind of experience to say the least.
The car I was interested in didn’t arrive at the dealer for 8 days. They advertised it as arriving soon. I was looking for a quicker purchase.
Initial response was good. However, I had to chase them down with multiple texts, emails, and phone calls. Based on other reviews this is par for the course with this dealership. If you are not local to them don't waste your time.
Prompt response via email but when we went to drive the car, we waited around with no greeting or acknowledgment from any of the staff. No one had any interest in providing customer service to us.

I bought this auto and thought the car had no accidents and the salesman John agreed. Then gave me the car fax when leaving and commented the car had been damaged in the front and later found out had been damaged in the rear, Also, I supplied the local tax rate I thought for Lucas County Ohio was 7.75 percent and the Finance officer took my word when he should have known it was only 7.25 per cent. The car they advertised was not available. Seemed like bait-and-switch quintessential bad-used-car-dealership stuff to me. Then they sent me a condescending “What happened!? You vanished!” email when I did not respond to them telling me they didn’t have the car ready to show or pictures of the car that they had advertised. I did respond to the condescending email telling them what I am saying now. No response.
