Most definitely do not recommend. They failed to submit the paperwork to close out my GAP policy after my vehicle that I purchased there (car was wonderful, no complaint there) was traded off. I tried to contact them with no success for four months. Finally made contact in January of 2022, they let me know they failed to do their job on their end, but would submit the paperwork then. Bought a vehicle February 5th. Took it to the shop to be worked on February 21st. It’s now March 8th and my vehicle is still not fixed. They sold it to me with cut seatbelts in the 3rd row. The suspension locked up a week after having it. 15 days and they are just now calling the warranty company to get the approve to fix my suspension. I am paying $25 a day to have a rental car on top of paying for a car that they haven’t fixed. When I call to speak with the finance manager he won’t answer my calls. Will never buy another vehicle from here ever again horrible bout a 2015 Chevy Tahoe Ltz suspension was locked up and the seat belts were cut in the back bought the extra warranty and it’s been sitting at the shop for 3 weeks because they don’t have time to approve the repairs

**UPDATE** It has now been a month since my initial review and my car is STILL sitting at the mechanic shop (month 3 now) waiting for either the dealership or warrenty to pay for an engine. We have been more than patient and gave this dealership ample time to remedy the situation and make it right. I’m not normally one to give negative reviews but my experience has been far from good. UPDATE: I have filed a complaint with the BBB , they have until March 1st to reply. I only did this after failed attempts to reach the GM. Complaint was filed 2/15 and still no response. If you decide to give this place your business, The only advice I have for you is BE VERY CAREFUL. Make sure they provide you with a full Carfax. Also, make sure the vehicle is not titled out of Canada. Trust me on this one. I do not recommend Herculaneum Autocenters! I called on a truck they had and asked if it had any dents dings or scratches because I am 4 hours aways, he said no it was a good truck. They gave me very little info about the truck. Boy was I disappointed when I got there! The truck had a dent in every panel, the bed side looked like a child had spray painted it. Me & my girlfriend traded in both my truck & her car last weekend. I got a newer truck & she got a newer SUV. My truck didn’t even make it 3 days without needing a new battery. Left stranded & had to fork out $200+ & change battery in a parking lot. Called & text our salesman didn’t get a response until a few days later. “Sorry we cannot help with battery.” Give a place almost $30k for a truck & they can’t help with a $200 battery. they will sell u stuff they cover up and u won't find it untill somebody that is honest starts getting into the fine details of the vehicle. was told all original when bought. have had nothing but problems with paint. the whole front of the truck was orginla chrome and they painted over it all. have had truck there now three times to fix the paint. watch what u buy cause if it comes out of Canada they don't have car fax and can't see any previous damage and they cover it up
