Me & my girlfriend traded in both my truck & her car last weekend. I got a newer truck & she got a newer SUV. My truck didn’t even make it 3 days without needing a new battery. Left stranded & had to fork out $200+ & change battery in a parking lot. Called & text our salesman didn’t get a response until a few days later. “Sorry we cannot help with battery.” Give a place almost $30k for a truck & they can’t help with a $200 battery. they will sell u stuff they cover up and u won't find it untill somebody that is honest starts getting into the fine details of the vehicle. was told all original when bought. have had nothing but problems with paint. the whole front of the truck was orginla chrome and they painted over it all. have had truck there now three times to fix the paint. watch what u buy cause if it comes out of Canada they don't have car fax and can't see any previous damage and they cover it up

I helped my daughter get a 2019 Kia Sorento, we had searched everywhere and this is the one she really loved. I took off work and drove 2 1/2 hours there. After testing driving the Kia we did the next process and was approved. After the numbers were worked up as they called it (since she traded a nice Nissan Juke) and we signed the papers we were told the suv had been in a small accident. They sold a car to my daughter. it was her first car. When leaving with the car we noticed there was a wiper blade missing. A month later she has a blow out which messed her car up. All four tires were dry rotted. They do not inspect the cars before selling them. Buyer beware.

As we told your daughter in her review, we were not aware of this situation. All of our vehicles must pass state inspection before sale, and proof of that should be with her buyers packet. We have instructed her to call into the store so we can look further into it.
The staff were all helpful and friendly, but the condition of the vehicles is not checked very well before they are put up for sale. I found out today all 4 tires on my vehicle have dry rot when one tire blew out on the highway, with bits of flying tire damaging the bumper. That type of dry rot did not happen in the month I’ve had the vehicle.

I bought a 2014 F150 from this dealership and had nothing but issues from day 1! I had only drove it maybe 2000 miles when I took it to the ford dealership for a clunking noise. The ford dealership told me the driveshaft and ujoints needed replaced urgently and the vehicle wasn't safe to drive. I called the Autocenters who told me to call the warranty. We got sold a car that supposedly has frame damage n found out through a dealership that printed up auto check for it n therefore will never take it for a trade!!!!

Heard great things about Auto centers Herculaneum but I've only had a nightmare of an experience... The guy who helped me was really nice, aside from the whole "matching" me with a car which first went from a nicer car to suddenly a "great deal" of a Jeep someone had traded in (with a broken windshield and a torn up seatbelt) and not letting me pick/choose.. but I was desperate for a vehicle since my last was recently totaled in a hit and run and they promised to fix the windshield... until the guy started texting me from a ... read more
