UPDATE: I canceled the warranty policy and have yet to receive a refund I am owed over 60 days later!! Dustin has stolen my money as far as I’m concerned, I am currently filing a complaint with the BBB! BUYER BEWARE! Bought a 2015 Ford Escape in August and the transmission is already out on it and their third party insurance they forced on me is refusing to fix the vehicle!

They lie to you,it’s been two months since I bought the car. It took over a month to get the title , then we had to fight about who was paying the late fees for the license,the person that recommended us to go there was suppose to get 100.00 another joke they didn’t pay . We were pre approved for our lone , they still ran our credit 2 times for no reason. The finance guy was the only decent guy there he tried to help.But their isn’t much you can do when the main guy is a asshole and the sales isn’t any better. It the worst... read more

Most definitely do not recommend. They failed to submit the paperwork to close out my GAP policy after my vehicle that I purchased there (car was wonderful, no complaint there) was traded off. I tried to contact them with no success for four months. Finally made contact in January of 2022, they let me know they failed to do their job on their end, but would submit the paperwork then. Bought a vehicle February 5th. Took it to the shop to be worked on February 21st. It’s now March 8th and my vehicle is still not fixed. They sold it to me with cut seatbelts in the 3rd row. The suspension locked up a week after having it. 15 days and they are just now calling the warranty company to get the approve to fix my suspension. I am paying $25 a day to have a rental car on top of paying for a car that they haven’t fixed. When I call to speak with the finance manager he won’t answer my calls. Will never buy another vehicle from here ever again horrible bout a 2015 Chevy Tahoe Ltz suspension was locked up and the seat belts were cut in the back bought the extra warranty and it’s been sitting at the shop for 3 weeks because they don’t have time to approve the repairs

**UPDATE** It has now been a month since my initial review and my car is STILL sitting at the mechanic shop (month 3 now) waiting for either the dealership or warrenty to pay for an engine. We have been more than patient and gave this dealership ample time to remedy the situation and make it right. I’m not normally one to give negative reviews but my experience has been far from good. UPDATE: I have filed a complaint with the BBB , they have until March 1st to reply. I only did this after failed attempts to reach the GM. Complaint was filed 2/15 and still no response. If you decide to give this place your business, The only advice I have for you is BE VERY CAREFUL. Make sure they provide you with a full Carfax. Also, make sure the vehicle is not titled out of Canada. Trust me on this one. I do not recommend Herculaneum Autocenters! I called on a truck they had and asked if it had any dents dings or scratches because I am 4 hours aways, he said no it was a good truck. They gave me very little info about the truck. Boy was I disappointed when I got there! The truck had a dent in every panel, the bed side looked like a child had spray painted it.
