Kinsey was great to work with. I knew before purchasing the Jeep that the radio didn’t work. We agreed in the paperwork that the dealership would be paying to fix it. I’m still driving in silence and nobody seems to be getting in a hurry to fix it. I also still do not have the title to the vehicle. I purchased this vehicle almost 5 weeks ago.

This place has hidden fees!!! Shady business in an area that values word of mouth recommendations, you don’t have to do more than BE HONEST. They tacked on $1000 for the vehicle over asking price WHATEVER. I called the lender and they verified your alternative fact was false. People- be careful where you spend your money. when I confronted them finance guy says that lender charges them and was tacked onto the price of the vehicle.That right there says it all. Worst experience with a dealership ever! Finally got my title from them today which happens to be when the first payment is due and to make it worse the inspections expired two days ago, now I have to get it inspected. They love wasting your time. 👎🏻👎🏻

Paid nearly 33000 for a truck that the stereo went crazy on with in first week of driving and called dealer ship and got no return call from management then was told that it’s not covered on 90 day warranty also has kicked on check engine light twice not covered . Truck was listed with 85000 miles had 86000 miles charged me nearly 3000 more for financing it will not purchase from them again if this isn’t fixed.

Walked in had a great sales associate. They low balled me on trade in ( no big deal we both want the best deal). waiting there for the quote I watched their management team threaten a sales rep to "knock him the f out." in front of my 6 year old. then when I brought them a quote from sapaugh for 4,000 more on trade in he wrote and circled in big letters no on the sheet from sapaugh. I had been looking for a car for months. I was about to give up and found Herculaneum. I traveled almost four hours to buy my car. I had never felt better about buying a car. The purchase went great, but that was about all that went great. I bought the car I had been saving for, the one that I fell in love with. As I was doing paperwork, they "cleaned" the car. There were so many red flags, but since my daughter loved one do their vehicles, I came and entertained their nonsense. GET A CAR FAX. Demand one or walk away. Check it and question the issues listed on it. Per the car fax report, this particular vehicle has a blown head gasket at one time. UPDATE: I canceled the warranty policy and have yet to receive a refund I am owed over 60 days later!! Dustin has stolen my money as far as I’m concerned, I am currently filing a complaint with the BBB! BUYER BEWARE! Bought a 2015 Ford Escape in August and the transmission is already out on it and their third party insurance they forced on me is refusing to fix the vehicle!

They lie to you,it’s been two months since I bought the car. It took over a month to get the title , then we had to fight about who was paying the late fees for the license,the person that recommended us to go there was suppose to get 100.00 another joke they didn’t pay . We were pre approved for our lone , they still ran our credit 2 times for no reason.
