I received the same word for word response as the previous - your (Avance Care Wake Forest) reply is an automated response. Need a contact who can resolve our issue. Automated responses and overseas billing support speak volumes about your service and patient care
Your office manager refused to do anything for the billing issue I am facing, and after reviewing the hideous care with her that we received during our visit, where she relayed your equipment was not working, I think even less of your people and facility. To top it off, she provided a number to the main office where it just rings. I should have researched your Better Business Reviews and score before hand. Please provide a contact immediately to resolve our issue.

I was supposed to have a televisit and ended up having a phone call! Very disappointing
Terrible practice. Had to call three times to try and get my emergency inhaler refilled. I have had this prescription my entire life and have never had a problem filling it until today. The team are requiring that I schedule a visit with the doctor for them to confirm I still need medicine I have had my whole life. If someone calls and says they are having trouble breathing you should take these request a bit more seriously. I will be looking for a new office if things do not improve.
I can 't believe this location has a 5 star rating!! I have yet to be seen at this location and was treated horribly by one of the phone staff. She was extremely short and curt with me. She would speak when I was speaking and cut me off several times. Unfortunately, my physician's group migrated to this practice and I am afraid I will loose my physician of over 35 years due to the rudeness of the new practice staff!
This is my second time putting this review up. It looks like the company deleted my review and any other negative review. I would give them a zero if possible. They consistently make you go back 2-3 times for simple conditions if you want any kind of treatment. We were even told during one visit that if you don't feel better in a few days call back and we will send antibiotics into the pharmacy.
