The sum total of my 'screening' was having PA Kanisha Wint read the *exact same* questions that I answered on my intake form and have answered several times to other medical professionals. When I tried to add additional context or share more about my symptoms, I was met with dismissal and apparent boredom. I sent two messages to my provider via the patient portal about the dosage of my medication. It took three days to get a response. The response also only vaguely answered one of the three simple questions I had about my medication dosage. I think they called me twice (no voicemail) which I didn’t answer because I’m on vacation, hence the message on the portal. This situation does not leave me a warm and fuzzy feeling about allowing them to continue handling my care.

Dr Gill is an excellent physician, however, you’re only as good as the team around you! That starts with the team manager being the “ “cancer” and metastasizing to the other members of the team !

I told everyone in the beginning, Dr.Chidgey, for reasons I can’t answer, has went out of her way to do maximum damage to me. I ALWAYS followed the rules, not one missed appointment in over a decade. She was bothered with some disability papers that she obviously didn’t appreciate, since then I can only assume, SHE FALSELY assumed, she could forget all of the rules and laws of medicine, treat me like a.nobody and lie on my records while doing it. Came in for physical with hopes of discussing another medication as well. Was told to leave a urine sample by MA, which I did. Had my appointment switched to a medication only visit. While waiting in the room i heard the medical assistant telling the doctor that I had left the urine sample. I heard the doctor say, “well that’s too bad, she’s not getting that medication. You tried to help me when I felt very sick and the reception tried to get find a practitioner who was helpful (Lisa Fields). Bad experience : There was something else I noticed that my provider Dr Leona Miller came to the reception desk without paying attention to me even she saw and didn’t ask me why I was there or ask about my health. She never gives me the feeling that she is my provider and caring about my issues. She was always in a hurry in my visits and canceling my appointments without any care . Saw Kenisha 3 times and she acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I didn’t feel like she cared to help me with anything. Little to no communication on anything. It took them 3 weeks to get my record from my old doctor which is unheard of. I called 4 days in a row about it and they kept saying “yeah it’s not here yet” last time I saw her she yelled at me because I was upset and crying bc I was off my meds for a week. Has 0 compassion or empathy I do not know how she works with people who struggle with mental health
