I am very appreciative of how much Dr. Patkar has educated me as a patient. I feel more responsible for my overall health as a result of our visits. We are Long time patients of Dr Burton there who is out on medical leave. We recently asked for a prescriptions for Hydroxychlorequine and Ivermecton for possible use if needed while we are traveling away from home in our RV. I made one request by phone message; we got no response. One request was in person while my wife was undergoing a physical exam. The Doctor said there was limited research on Hydroxy so he couldn't prescribe it --yet it has been used for over 50 years and has been proven highly successfully by doctor... read more
the receptionist very good person very friendly, but after waiting more than an hour, 5 minutes talking with doctor tishira brewinton for a refill of pills, my bill was $ 183 dollars, they said that only for the visit they charge $ 150, very disappointed for the bad service and for not respecting the schedule. I do not recommend it, very expensive.

I called to try to make an appointment for my wife. She tested positive for Covid.She has cough. We have 4 month old baby that she is breastfeeding. They told me they don’t take patients with Covid they she had to talk with doctor over video call. I said again that she got cough and I would like to doctor listen her lungs. I was told that if doctor will establish over phone if she needs her lungs to be checked to come over and wait in parking lot in a car that doctor will come to the car and check her lungs. Really??? Avance Care Over charged me for a Covid Test and refused to file it with my insurance even though my insurance assured me it was 100% covered. They then proceeded to send me to collections and refused to remove the late/collection fee even though it was their fault for not filing the claim properly and not letting me know they weren't filing the claim with my insurance.

We visited this hospital for a blood titer for my son. Dr. Delbono and the nurse were great. However, the women who tried to draw his blood were TERRIBLE. I understand that it is difficult to take blood from a child, but they were unprofessional and uncaring my son. They could not take any blood from him, and blamed him for their mistakes (moved a lot and not well hydrated). Of course he was crying during blood collection, but he did not move much and was not dehydrated! Very disappointed.
