Stacey Clark has provided care for my husband and me since we moved from Louisiana to Pittsboro, North Carolina three months ago. Her diagnosis and treatment helped us tremendously. I recommend Avance Care for the professionalism and positive attitude of the health care providers and staff.

They have lots of appointments that you can get quickly. However, the billing situation is awful. They tacked on random test charges onto my bill that I did not receive nor consent for. I called and they said they would remove those charges and never did. I called many times and left messages and they never responded nor fixed my bills. Also the doctor (Dr. Miller) told me she didn't believe my symptoms and told me I was wrong about my symptoms.
I’m deeply disappointed by the poor care I received at Avance. I know my dr is fantastic as I’ve been with her for 8 years at her previous practice. Avance practices put the patient last & the Dr must follow practices whose time constraints eliminate proper care. A full GYN exam & physical including vitals must be complete in 20 minutes? I know you are billing insurance for both services yet the mandatory time constraint means that a woman gets much less time to discuss any health concerns than a man? Outrageous. I will... read more

My open enrollment coincided with my wife obtaining a new job and insurance turning over, and apparently we accumulated a whopping $200 bill for a visit that my wife didn't know which insurance to provide. So when she went to visit for her birth control checkup thingy, you guys wouldn't let her unless she paid, which we didn't owe. Pathetic. Terrible. Bye Bye. And google review and all of that. No response from calling for medical question. Two days wait, put on hold & waited another 10, then again put on leave msg. Why can't a call be returned... Need info on dosage that changed for some reason.
Everyone is no nice and caring at this place. I would highly recommend them for your health needs

Stayed on the phone for an hour waiting for my tele-visit. Went to office for covid test, no one would answer phone, had to go to the door.
