So nice being right in the middle of all my top things in Waco in an affordable and updated apartment complex. Verified Renter My overall experience at Avila was okay. The apartment itself was decent and I didn’t have too many issues while living there. However, the overcharging on rent was a serious problem. There were times I was billed incorrectly, and it was stressful trying to get everything sorted out — especially since my portion of the rent wasn’t even clearly established at first. Verified Renter They are pretty good about fixing maintenance issues. Their towing policy is horrible and personally I believe they have some deal woth the towing g company to get kickbacks.

Verified Renter So far it’s the best. I love the amenities and how quiet it is out here. Outside it always clean and well kept. Maintenance is great . Love it here it turned out waaaay better than we even expected for our first apartment.

Verified Renter So far so good!! Everyone in the complex seems pretty friendly, I love how bustling it is, hearing kids play outside and seeing people using the pool and the grills outside is super nice.
