Great experience using their services and I was able to schedule a visit sooner than expected. Mike showed up on time, completed the inspection we needed on a timely manner, and his instructions and Axium's follow up were extremely clear. I asked Axium to help me with a rental property inspection and chose them somewhat randomly from list of registered inspectors offered by the city of Denver. This was my first experience with rental inspection (being a first-time landlord) and didn't know what to expect. My inspector Victor was knowledge & efficient in conducting the inspection, but also generous in helping me understand what was required and why. It was a helpful & positive experience overall.

We needed an inspection for a Landlord license. Since this was the first time we were required to have an inspection we were a little nervous. However, Victor, made my husband feel at ease. He was easy to talk with an knowledgable. The company was easy to communicate with and notified us in a day the results of the inspection. Definately recommend them

I was in a little bit of a pinch because I had hired another Inspection company and when I called they said they just didn't have time. So I called Axium. They were able to get me a time within a few days. Michael Morgan was my inspector. He more than met my expectations. I got an amazingly specific report along with photos of each item.
