Zero stars. When we called in to give the sample, the doctor advised us that the results likely would not be back in time for our trip to Hawaii. Meaning we would have to quarantine there for 10 days upon our arrival. The doctor advised that we likely would have to get a test somewhere else. We drove 2 hours away to get a nose swab test. In spite of all of this it was a great trip. Azova sucked $280 out of my wallet for nothing and refuses to refund the money. Didn’t arrive in time for our Hawaii trip And we ended up having to get a rapid test from another place anyway. DO NOT waste your money.
It is very difficult to use if more than one person in your family is using it,
It was a mistake to order the travel version. They require too much information before sending the kit. I tried to cancel the order after I received the questionnaire but haven't got my money back and haven't received the kits. Do not order the travel version if you don't need it for travel. I previously ordered the non-travel version with no problems.
This test kit requires that you take the test within 72 hours of travel and that they will have results back to you within 72 hours period however this is not accurate and there is no guarantee and chances are you won’t have results by the time you fly period The problem is the shipping label on the product does not require next morning delivery to the lab, which would give results within the 48 hour window, so it could be delivered any time during the day whenever UPS delivers (and I personally get packages sometimes in th... read more
We purchased 4 test kits thru Costco for the whole family to travel. You need to make an appointment on their website to have a virtual visit for the test, their website is not so friendly I ended up paying 2 more kits they automatically delivered and won’t accept returns. I am a young person, grew up with PC so I am comfortable to say their system is NOT easy to operate. Lost the flight and had to pay $150 for new test with Lab. THIS TEST DOES NOT WORK FOR TRAVEL TO BRAZIL!!!

While looking at your account, we see that you received timely results for your test; your test was shipped to the lab on 1/13/2021 and delivered on 1/14/2021. I really can't rate you yet: haven't received them and having trouble registering and the timing of it all... I need help. I am doing this for four separate people
It took 7 days to get my results back (4 days after I was supposed to leave for Hawaii). Spent an extra $170 to get tested at Carbon Health SeaTac Airport.
