The food is absolutely wonderful, two had the chicken pie, 1 had the lamb and one had a steak. It was all absolutely delicious, albeit expensive. I think £12 for a pie with nothing else is very, very expensive. Surley it could at least come with a side of veg and potato?? Service was great, attentive and polite.
We came here for our anniversary as Badger and Co had been our first date and was very special to us. The food was awesome and the staff were great, but it was a horrible experience. There are just too many tables in too small a room. We were squished up in a little table cramped between two other sets of diners and didn't feel comfortable fully enjoying ourselves or talking. Again the food was great, but if you're looking for somewhere to fully relax and enjoy and intimate night, this is not the place.
Great food - all 6 dishes were delicious. Served by very friendly and attentive waiters. The feel of the place is very relaxing; smart without feeling stuffy or overly formal. Will definitely be back when in Edinburgh again.

Food tasty and well presented. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I had a slight issue with my starter and it was sorted with no fuss and the cost knocked off the bill, which they didn't need to do. Would go again next time in Edinburgh.
