Wonderful home with proper care given to my friend. Wide variety of gorgeous food and nice touches like beer and darts, scrabble, concerts. Some care homes are just a flashy building. This home talks the talk and walks the walk. Highly recommended.

Excellent staff, nothing is too much trouble for Mum or my sister or myself. Food is first class. 5 star hotel as a care home.

Overall the care and kindness received is outstanding. My only little gripe is that the hairdresser seems to be absent for over a month, along with the podiatrist. Apart from that, couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

Living in California and having to move my dad into a nursing home was extremely difficult for me. The Customer Relations Manager at Badminton Place was amazing. He helped me through every step of the way. My dad has been there for over a month now and I feel so relieved that I found a place that cares for all his needs the way they do. All the staff I have had contact with are outstanding and friendly and really seem to love the residents.

This care home is not like any other. It looks stunning and the care is fantastic. Would absolutely recommend it is a wonderful place for a relative to stay.

Fantastic care is given to my nan. Wonderful and friendly staff. Their care goes above and beyond and my nan always looks comfortable and settled. I am very grateful for all the loving care and attention that you all give to her.

My mother is well looked after and the staff are friendly. I am kept informed of any issues and visiting is easy.

I was lucky enough to have a tour of the facilities during a recent visit to Badminton Place. Everything is to the highest standard with really attentive staff who could not be more helpful. I look forward to visiting again soon.

We were very anxious about moving my father-in-law into a nursing home. The staff at Badminton Place made the whole process a very positive experience. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff they have all been very helpful with and kept a very upbeat atmosphere. The administration lead is awesome, he kept us very well informed throughout the process, helped with some of the initial video calls and went out of his way to order some special treats and personal items for my father-in-law.
