The home is clean, and the staff are pleasant and efficient and will do what they can to help my recovery from an operation. Has been a good experience at Badmington Place.

Myself/family and friends have been very impressed with the care and attention given to Dad. There have been a few issues, which once mentioned to management, were resolved. All the staff are friendly and make everyone feel welcome. Importantly, Dad is happy, enjoying the food and banter with the staff. The home is beautifully decorated, and it seems that everything has been catered for. Have recommended Badminton Place to several people already.

this care home is a lovely place for my mum to spend her final days. The patio doors from her room to the garden is a lovely addition. Her room is beautifully designed and appears more like a five star hotel than a care home. Mum is able to socialise as much as she is able and enjoys the pianist. The staff are wonderful but could do with more. Could do better by providing Mum hot toast and tea at breakfast time. The shower drainage is poor and needs maintenance. As a family, we are extremely pleased with Badminton Place. All the staff have been wonderful, providing Mum with exceptional care and all with a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. Staff also look after visiting family members, and both my sister and I are always greeted with a friendly face from reception right through to Mum's room - everyone we pass will say "hello" - it's a stimulating, caring and relaxing environment - more hotel than a care home!

The decor and facilities are excellent; it's like walking into a five-star hotel. The housekeeping is very good, everywhere looks spotlessly clean. Mum is happy there, and it's great to see that she's joining in on the activities on offer. Her care is exemplary. The staff go the extra mile to make her room very homely. Mum is sad that some of the permanent staff have left since she's been there. She looks well and cared for.

Badminton Place is truly outstanding. The staff are brilliant, really attentive to the personality and needs of my mother. The decor and feel are more like a five-star hotel than a care home, though everything is adapted to be comfortable for the residents. Dementia is an awful illness, but residents really get to make the most of life at Badminton Place. I'm so glad we found it after looking at a lot of places. Just fantastic.

Both my parents went to Badminton Place for Respite Care. The staff are all friendly, helpful and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. Any special food requests are met, which was brilliant for my Dad as he loves his chips and the Chef kindly cooked them for him whenever he asked. The facilities are excellent, hair salon, cinema, bar and bistro to name just a few. The furnishings and decor are very tasteful and the rooms attractive.
