Very good and one very satisfied user, very relaxing and caring. Feel safe and well looked after. Very quick to pick up on problems for example 1st day I could not open a yoghurt pot, so they now open a little so I can and I did not even have to ask.
Dad has been a resident at Badminton Place for just over a month, having moved from another care home. We are so happy that we made the decision to move to Badminton Place! There are multiple activities on offer every day, and Dad has the encouragement to leave his room and join in. He seems a lot more engaged and stimulated. I have just moved my Aunt of 101 years to Badminton Place. She is beginning to suffer from Alzheimer's disease as well as being very frail and requiring nursing care. The staff have been massively helpful and caring. They collected her (as well as her lift assist recliner chair) and settled her into her room and are taking excellent care of her while she is in the initial two week quarantine period. I would highly recommend Badminton Place care home. The members of staff went out of their way to make my husband’s short stay as comfortable as possible, even during the difficult time of Covid restrictions. As a stroke survivor, he much appreciated their enabling approach which helped him on the road to regaining his independence in a very safe environment This also included organising a physiotherapist who was able to take full advantage of the well-equipped gymnasium. It is my first time in this nursing home and I found it excellent and have booked to go in again for 2 weeks respite.
I cannot express enough how pleased we are with the care and thought that my mother and father have been treated with during their stay at Badminton Place. They are in the middle of a respite stay at the home and are loving it so much that they are booking another stay for later in the year. Every aspect of their physical and mental state have been cared for and that extends to my care as well. My mother is at Badminton Place for respite care, she went to view before, and was very happy with what she saw, telling us every day that she was looking forward to going in for her respite. We have had constant feed back from Badminton Place, keeping us updated with her progress and interaction with staff and other residents at Badminton Place. Mum recently spent a week in Badminton Place for respite care. We were so impressed by the level of care she received all the staff were amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Badminton Place. From the decor to the staff it is exceptional. We are already planning another period of respite care later in the year.
WOW - what an amazing place. Facilities are super (better than a 5* hotel). All the staff are very warm and welcoming and do a great job looking after the residents. The place is immaculate with great outside space. Love the communal areas that are available throughout the home.
