As a family, we are extremely pleased with Badminton Place. All the staff have been wonderful, providing Mum with exceptional care and all with a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. Staff also look after visiting family members, and both my sister and I are always greeted with a friendly face from reception right through to Mum's room - everyone we pass will say "hello" - it's a stimulating, caring and relaxing environment - more hotel than a care home!

The decor and facilities are excellent; it's like walking into a five-star hotel. The housekeeping is very good, everywhere looks spotlessly clean. Mum is happy there, and it's great to see that she's joining in on the activities on offer. Her care is exemplary. The staff go the extra mile to make her room very homely. Mum is sad that some of the permanent staff have left since she's been there. She looks well and cared for.

Badminton Place is truly outstanding. The staff are brilliant, really attentive to the personality and needs of my mother. The decor and feel are more like a five-star hotel than a care home, though everything is adapted to be comfortable for the residents. Dementia is an awful illness, but residents really get to make the most of life at Badminton Place. I'm so glad we found it after looking at a lot of places. Just fantastic.

Both my parents went to Badminton Place for Respite Care. The staff are all friendly, helpful and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. Any special food requests are met, which was brilliant for my Dad as he loves his chips and the Chef kindly cooked them for him whenever he asked. Very good and one very satisfied user, very relaxing and caring. Feel safe and well looked after. Very quick to pick up on problems for example 1st day I could not open a yoghurt pot, so they now open a little so I can and I did not even have to ask.
Dad has been a resident at Badminton Place for just over a month, having moved from another care home. We are so happy that we made the decision to move to Badminton Place! There are multiple activities on offer every day, and Dad has the encouragement to leave his room and join in. He seems a lot more engaged and stimulated. I have just moved my Aunt of 101 years to Badminton Place. She is beginning to suffer from Alzheimer's disease as well as being very frail and requiring nursing care. The staff have been massively helpful and caring. They collected her (as well as her lift assist recliner chair) and settled her into her room and are taking excellent care of her while she is in the initial two week quarantine period. I would highly recommend Badminton Place care home. The members of staff went out of their way to make my husband’s short stay as comfortable as possible, even during the difficult time of Covid restrictions. As a stroke survivor, he much appreciated their enabling approach which helped him on the road to regaining his independence in a very safe environment This also included organising a physiotherapist who was able to take full advantage of the well-equipped gymnasium.
