Very accomodating in terms of flexibility in booking room depending on release from the hospital and extending stay. Choice of food fitting in with my preferences - excellent quality, taste and presentation. Hospital visits arrange and accompanied. Staff; caring, considerate and cheerful. Decor; exceptionally high standard, tastefully and soothing. Spac bath is amazing - so... relaxing.

I've been here a month, all the staff are friendly and professional. My room was nicely furnished and is cleaned every day. After my personal lockdown, I found the gym, bistro with bar and hairdressers, meals are nicely cooked with snacks available for the room along with endless jugs of squash. Lastly if you or a relative need any kind of care, Badminton Place is the place.

My mother is at Badminton Place for short-term care following an operation. Both she and I are extremely pleased with the facilities, standards of care, and the communication/management. I live abroad so dealt via email with their customer relations, but they were extremely responsive and welcoming to my mother on her visit. Wonderful home with proper care given to my friend. Wide variety of gorgeous food and nice touches like beer and darts, scrabble, concerts. Some care homes are just a flashy building. This home talks the talk and walks the walk. Highly recommended.

Overall the care and kindness received is outstanding. My only little gripe is that the hairdresser seems to be absent for over a month, along with the podiatrist. Apart from that, couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

Living in California and having to move my dad into a nursing home was extremely difficult for me. The Customer Relations Manager at Badminton Place was amazing. He helped me through every step of the way. My dad has been there for over a month now and I feel so relieved that I found a place that cares for all his needs the way they do. All the staff I have had contact with are outstanding and friendly and really seem to love the residents.

This care home is not like any other. It looks stunning and the care is fantastic. Would absolutely recommend it is a wonderful place for a relative to stay.
