After having to make the hard decision to place my dad in a care home, I visited Badminton Care home. From the first step into the building, it felt like the right place. The staff were all extremely friendly and put myself and my dad at ease. Everything that could be done to make the move easy was done from picking up personal items and setting up the room to ensuring my dad settled in. The home and grounds are beautiful and relaxing and the facilities are fabulous.

Mum settled well into her new "home". Nothing too much trouble for the staff. We are really happy with the standard of care, always informed after a doctors visit. She always looks neat and tidy and well-fed, always encouraged to join in activities.

What a wonderful place. The staff couldn't be more caring. The facilities for when Covid allows look superb. Dad is so happy here. Five stars out of five isn't enough!

This place is wonderful! Everyone has been so pleasant and welcoming. The layout is fantastic with so many facilities, and the events programme looks interesting. Dad has been raving about the food, and our afternoon tea was delicious!

Very accomodating in terms of flexibility in booking room depending on release from the hospital and extending stay. Choice of food fitting in with my preferences - excellent quality, taste and presentation. Hospital visits arrange and accompanied. Staff; caring, considerate and cheerful. Decor; exceptionally high standard, tastefully and soothing. Spac bath is amazing - so... relaxing.

I've been here a month, all the staff are friendly and professional. My room was nicely furnished and is cleaned every day. After my personal lockdown, I found the gym, bistro with bar and hairdressers, meals are nicely cooked with snacks available for the room along with endless jugs of squash. Lastly if you or a relative need any kind of care, Badminton Place is the place.

My mother is at Badminton Place for short-term care following an operation. Both she and I are extremely pleased with the facilities, standards of care, and the communication/management. I live abroad so dealt via email with their customer relations, but they were extremely responsive and welcoming to my mother on her visit. She was immediately taken with the place and keen to go there to recover.
