I am enjoying living at Bartlett Reserve. The staff is friendly and attentive. When life returns to normal here, we will enjoy many of the activities offered here. My only 1/2 star is for the food, since it's prepared and delivered to each apartment, and it has suffered under the current circumstances.

The key to this place a good one to live in : The first priority of the management is residents. This is in terms of meals, activities, cleanliness, maintenance and services - all to help keep residents happy, active and healthy. Convenient location, good sized apartments and friendly atmosphere all contribute to this.

Been here 5 years- Soon after experiencing Bartlett, I felt safe, happy, plus- I didn't have to cook! The entire staff takes care of us in ways hard to describe, with extra care since Pandemic arrived!! I am so lucky to be living here! Almost 97

I have lived at Bartlett for 5 years and am very pleased with my choice of senior communities for the following reasons : Variety of activities, food and beverage choices, attention and concern of staff for the residents, attractive and neat grounds, managerial accessibility, location of community, emphasis on safety measures, especially during the Covid! Also, I appreciate receiving one charge only - no extras for anything!

Have lived here since it opened, 7 years ago. Have never questioned my decision to come here. The management does all they can to be a great place to live. Food, activities transportation, and social life are all the best. Would highly recommend it.
