Bartlett Reserve has so many activities for the residents - something for everyone. Impressed with the variety of programming. The open seating concept in dining at Bartlett promotes very friendly atmosphere.
WE had a really good tour expeinrece with Bartlett Reserve, our loved one just felt more comfortable with another facility we were looking at at the time.
The administrator has been good to work with and is super nice. They have been willing to assist with getting some new alternative for dietary restrictions. The soups are fantastic. The activities are fabulous here, and they have a wide range of them for the residents to choose from. There is a swimming pool here as well. The lawns are well manicured. Bartlett Reserve had all the amenities required for my 90-year-old father, along with an extremely helpful and caring staff. The food quality was excellent and the café was available throughout the day to meet and eat with other residents. It has a real community feel to the place.
Overall Bartlett Reserve is a great community. They are 55+ community; however, they need more residents towards the younger age population. My loved one loves the exercise class that they provide. The location of the community is good, as it is close to shopping and a strip mall for other activities in the neighborhood. The meals are great along with the time they are served. The staff are great to work with.
Absolutely a wonderful place to live. Wonderful, caring staff and friendly residents! There is no where else I would want to be!!
Very thorough visited every area, plenty of time to ask questions guide showed compassion and interest in client.
Great facility, great location not quite ready for assisted and independent living for my mom but when I am this place will be my first choice.
A1 customer service from the first phone call(inquiring about independent living) to the end of the tour. My plan was to visit other communities before making a final decision, but I need to look no further.
