Overall Bartlett Reserve is a great community. They are 55+ community; however, they need more residents towards the younger age population. My loved one loves the exercise class that they provide. The location of the community is good, as it is close to shopping and a strip mall for other activities in the neighborhood. The meals are great along with the time they are served. The staff are great to work with.

Great facility, great location not quite ready for assisted and independent living for my mom but when I am this place will be my first choice.
A1 customer service from the first phone call(inquiring about independent living) to the end of the tour. My plan was to visit other communities before making a final decision, but I need to look no further.
My mom has been a Bartlett residents for more than 3 years and she loves this community. Bartlett's most important attribute is staff members who truly care about residents. Everyone works hard to keep residents happy and safe. Staff members respond to residents needs quickly and effectively. Facilities have been renovated and programs are constantly being upgraded. I especially commend the staff for their efforts during the pandemic. I highly recommend Bartlett Reserve.
I moved in here on [date removed]. This is the best move I have made and I am very happy here. The management are wonderful, kind, and helpful. The food and waiters and waitresses are great. I enjoy all Bartlett has to offer - thank you.

A very friendly community of residents. Resident or visitor - walk into the lobby, activity area, etc, and staff or residents greet you. Makes for a homey feeling which is very nice.
