Very pleased with the physicians explanation of procedures. He spent a lot of time and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Basu answered all of my questions and I can't wait to schedule my surgery.

The friendliness of the staff or surgeon has never been a problem. My concern lies with the results of my surgery. I do not communicate with the doctor regarding my concerns, instead I have to speak to the nurse who then talks to the doctor who then communicates back to me. I've only seen the doctor once about my post op care in the five times I've been to the office since my surgery. I was highly satisfied with my consultation with Dr. Basu. I went to 3 consultations and he was my first choice. He by far provided the best information and did the most thorough exam, medical history, answered my questions thoroughly, made my spouse feel included and answered his questions. Very nice. The ONLY reason I did not select him was price. I hate to admit that but there was a significant difference between him and my second choice, so I selected the other surgeon in the end.
Great atmosphere, super friendly staff. Answered all questions in detail and staff was always available.
I could not have chosen a better doctor for this procedure. He has the best staff able to help at any time. The anesthesiologist was amazing! Linnea is the best nurse.. Thank you all for the attention to all my needs!
Dr. Basu and his staff were very helpful and nice. I'm very happy with my experience and will return within the year ! I will recommend Dr. Basu to everyone ! His nurses are extremely helpful, I like the fact that you can email them and they respond fast ! Can't wait for my next procedure !
All staff members were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The office was clean and professional. The surgeon seemed to really care about me, my questions/concerns, and was very knowledgeable.
