"Pure Sleaze... absolutely horrible" They will not honor deals the advertise, every time you think you have a deal they find somethings else to try to add on and try to make you feel like a fool for not knowing this was "standard" (again more lies). They lie about what is included with service packages. - to your face they say it includes x, y and z, but the actual doc you sign only includes x and 50% of the maintenance you were told you need for a lease, guess what you don't... they themselves don't even recommend it once y... read more

I brought it up many times... no one there cares, it is just how you do business. When I first came in for service i was told that my account would be updated a tiny piece of all the lies. Then every time after the service department never had the update and couldn't do anything about it. i sent numerous emails to the GM Manny Licitra after being asked by Nissan for feedback on having leased a car. I NEVER ONCE received a reply to any communication and no one would ever answer a call.

"Scammers. Dishonest business. Stay away!" I went in to look at a car I saw on their used inventory webpage. The salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars, and didn't pressure me at all. Unfortunately, this was the only positive thing I can say about the experience. 1. "Shady dealership" I went into bayridge nissan today 12/1/2018 to look at the a 2017 honda civic lx sedan with about 5,700 miles they offered for sale at an asking price $16,302 The Stock # is : U29463A at the time of sale. The VIN of the vehicle is: 2HGFC2F56HH541529 It showed a clean carfax with no reported damage. I phoned ahead the day before and made an appointment at 3pm. They knew I was coming. "No recommendation" I went just to check my car status (yearly basis) which has a manufacturer warranty 3 years. Unfortunately, I had been charged $540.0. I didn't know what they did or was replaced or changed or added. Just checked the previous information from their computer and prepared the necessary estimated bill. The estimated bill was my final bill, it should be either more or less. But paid as they estimated, strange and shameful!! What they did only checked the vehicle and found ok. "Dishonest" They promise one price but are not honest to their customers nor do they return phone calls when promised. Very bad customer service. I would not recommend Bay Ridge Nissan.

"**** AVOID AT ALL COSTS ****" **** CONSUMER BEWARE **** Do not buy or bring your vehicle in for service at this dealership. I brought my vehicle in saturday 8/11/2018 due to my 2016 altima having the check engine light on and various issues (car was bought from Ramsey Nissan in NJ). I was assisted by Ali Fares who charged me 2 hours @ $126 for diagnosing the issue - fine, even though my car is certified pre owned and I would only have to pay $50 deductible for bringing the car in....turns out the car had an issue with the t... read more

"Worst service. Liars" We called in to set a test drive on the Rouge. An hour later when we got to our appointment we we're told it was just sold. We schedule another date. When we came back they wanted us to sign a lease and give insurance cards before we test drive. They wasted our time twice. Half day off work each. They are liars. We went to Nissan in queens and got the car there

"Worst experience. It's a scam." I don't like to leave negative reviews. Hopefully Bay Ridge Nissan service department will improve it's customer service for the customers. A reputation is a powerful thing. Do your research first!

had an appointment to return my expired leased car,Nissan Sentra When I got there I was asked if am leasing or buying a new 1 told them no, was told then we cant take ur car we have no room I said but I have an appointment, and why didn't they ask me if I was leasing a new 1.I believe the name I spoke to was Angela Brown This is terrible,i even got an Email from her stating look forward,for ur car return
