This dealership needs a course in Customer service...Hank showed me a car...told me it was 14k and he would give it to me for 13k....I called hime the next day. Its listed as 12k online. Oh ok I'm a check into that and call you back....that was 2 weeks ago...I have car that I got from Hudson Nissan with no problems. What a joke Bayride Nissan is!!!

the process took two days, because after they took 8 hours to prepare the paperwork , they changed the price and i declined on the purchase, they called me back in and reduced the price the next day, they convinced me to buy a warranty for $1800.00 and later decided to roll the price of the warranty into the price of the car , the entered that i paid only $1.00 for the the 3 year warranty. This was the worst experience ever, they should be shut down, when you google them you see tons of bad reviews. Never again.

Salesman, excellent...Maurice Front desk , so helpful, very good Angela at internet Dept, ok Concerning the financing dept...awful, disrespectful,and full of lies, try to charge 1200$ on Dealer Fees...no tax...only fees...$300 for Plates and registration..900$ documents fees....When i asked for a detailed bill of fees, he told me that goes into the price of the car, increasing the price in 900$...but never listed as fees...(Barry i think was the name of the guy; second door on the left upstairs, financing dept.)

The worst: stay away! And they break the law. There is a limit of $75 documentation fee in NY State; they charged $495. Sleaze city, folks.

My husband and I went into Bay Ridge Nissan looking to lease an Altima based on an online promotion. We ended up with Richard and mentioned the ad we saw and he told us that there were many lease options and that we should just tell him our numbers and he will see what lease options fit. So we told him the most we could put as down payment and the most we could pay monthly. They are all thieves, and a bunch of liars.Please don't trust any of them. They robbed me almost 5000 dollars. They changed all the numbers next day, and the manager did nothing to help me.

Bought my car 3 weeks ago, and still dont have it. They say the title has to clear, but I know it dont take this long. I already made my first car payment. It would be nice to hear, " Sir, your title is not in yet, it should be soon, thank you for waiting" or something. The dealer was cool, but never calls back, neither does the manager who I spoke with. I was told that it may take up to two weeks, but this is week 3, and they still need to clean it and service it, so thats going to be more time, because the vehicle is still... read more

This is the biggest CON DEALERSHIP IN NEW YORK.They are worse than money lenders.Terrible service and too many chiefs and NO INDIANS.I wouild not recommend this dealership to ANYONE.Go there withan AMOURED Truck and Dont let go of your money.NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE

BY far the worst experience of my life, not even car dealership wise, like ever. These people should all rot for the torture they put me through when i tried to lease a car from them. First off they gave me an amazing price for a new truck, but at the signing they tried to hit me up for $3500 in extra bank charges and delivery fees. They all had an attitude the whole time, were very condescending and downright rude. if anyone ever buys a car from them then i would tell you you are a fool.
