This dealership commits fraud and lies to their customers. I bought a car there and when i got the papers in the mail, the price was 4,000 dollars over our agreed price. When I went back they said they can charge us whatever fees they want and too bad because we signed the papers. Also the whole minimum 8 months of finance is crap. You can pay off the car as soon as you would like. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP
The salesman Craige was very fair with the price of the car and trade-in. It was the finance person Dwayne who was the crook. He told me that in order to obtain a certain interest rate, I had to get an extended warranty - otherwise, the interest would be double the amount. I told him to show me disclosure stating this but he did not have any. I found this to be very bogus. So the dealership did not sell me the car because I didn't buy the extended warranty. They did not honor our signed written agreement which I put a down p... read more
When you walk in this place, don't expect anyone to know anything. Or ever call you back. (Although the women in reception do try to be helpful) Everybody else is busy doing nothing, smoking in the back room. I guess that is their idea of no pressure. You will not get a good price and you will be their next victim if you walk out of there with any kind of vehicle. However, you can expect your car back from service dirty, with someone's lunch in it. The finance guy is good.
I purchased a used car and the car had a lot of issues, I had to return to the dealership 6 times to get the car repaired and the reps I dealt with NEVER returned my phone calls. The few times I was there, I had to wait approx 4-6 hrs before I got an answer. My car sat at the dealership for 1 week and no work was done, it was returned to me not fixed & dirty. I had to bring the car back again to get the repairs done. The girls at the reception desk were more helpful, kind & were very willing to help me. They deserve recognit... read more
Salesman Richard tried to get the sale done and over with as quick as possible and seemed to be in a rush to get us out quickly with the purchased car. He did not a good job in having the car cleaned up on the inside and sold us a car that did not start well. We told him that we needed a good car that will will perform satisfactorily even after a 1500 mi+ drive. Soon after our long drive there was a "service engine soon" light, causing me inconvenience as I need the car to get around everywhere. Also, finance supervisor fail... read more
Service engine light was on, brought it to a friend to diagnose. My fuel sensor had to be replaced. After some research, i found that this was under warranty. I brought it to this dealership to followup and fix. After chasing down information, I was told I needed a new radiator & trannsmission. (I later found out this did need to be replaced). When I asked for more information, they told me it just needed to be done. All I was told was that a coil broke and leaked and erroded the trannie. They spent 3 days trying to get in t... read more
1/17/12 This was my first car ever purchased and I left feeling that Bay Ridge Nissan took advantage of me. One reason I feel taken advantage of is that the 2 year warranty I purchased from them (signed for) even though the salesman and financing guy verbally told me the warranty was already factored into the cost, which they quoted me at $12,500, and that the bank financing me was covering the 2 year warranty. I repeat, they said that the bank was covering the warranty and if I wanted to switch banks/financing the car would... read more
Going to this dealership is an nightmare... Be prepared to wait an long long long time for help.. communication sucks here...I was always the one calling and asking if the car is ready for me... I waited 4 weeks for an car and in the end I didn't get it... All I wanted was for someone to car me to let me know whats up...
don't work with Mr Mitch. They try to charge you hidden fees which is not itemize on installment contract. There are no bank fee thing.
