One of the worst experiences I've had in buying a car. I bought a car at bay ridge Nissan, the sales person name was dennisse after being there looking at cars for hours with her i finally found a 2011 Nissan rogue which i ended up buying. This dealership is full of thieves. I'm not talking about pressure tactics. I mean thieves and outright liars. The NYS Attorney Generals office issued a judgment against them in the amount of $100,000 in April 2014 for falsifying and altering contracts. Theft is how this dealership operates. The problem isn't one salesperson. They are instructed by the owners to steal. In my case, it was the salesperson and the Finance manger who completed my paperwork who were in on the theft. We've negotiated on a Nissan Moreno lease. The price we were quoted was $220.00/month and $3000 down. After making a deposit, we were asked to go to the finance department, the monthly price jumped to $269.00, $6000.00 down. They explained that we were obligated to buy GAP insurance worth $50.00/month; further, we had to pay in advance for first and last month lease which was not included in our contract and in addition, we had to pay a disposition fee of $400.00 which was never mentioned before. Dealer made me sign the contract for lease on the electronic pad and when I received the paperwork, the conditions were different. Dealer insisted to take the car; otherwise he threatened to throw the car on the street. Anything they say is a lie. Don't trust this people.

This has to be one of the worst service centers. Unfortunately, I've had to bring my car to be serviced there for the past 5 years because of the warranty. Besides the fact that the prices are astronomical you also must waste the whole day there and two times out of three you will have to return for the same reason you brought your car in the first place. My 12' Armada(30k mile) is having problem with middle row center seat belt. The belt doesn't bounce back, just stressed. I took it back to this dealer where I purchased it from. Met the service adviser Kevin Guo, was told "Seat Belt may NOT under Warranty!". They will check the problem, if problem found and I don't want to fix, there is $115 charge for one hour labor.
