This is by far the worst dealership I have ever came across. I took my 2007 Nissan Sentra for a tune up that Cost me $566.23. 2 days later my Check engine light came on and the car was not excelerating unless I floored the gas pedal. I called and spoke to Rod the service consultant and he gave me a number for a tow truck company I said I didn't have the money for the tow and Rod said it was under warranty. Have you ever heard of sale's person asking for a tip of $100 on several ocasions? The MVA fees are over the top, do not have any explanation on overcharged fees... Do not spend your time and money in this place! What a shame!!!!!!!
RUDE RUDE RUDE, UNORGANIZED, FINGER POINTING, INCOMPENTANCE BEYOND BELIEF. I arrived at 11:00AM and finally walked out of door at 4PM, angry and frustrated beyond belief! This dealership is the epitome of what a BAD car dealership stands for. They hire idiots as sales people. After you settle on a price they try and jack up the cost in "fees" to make up the difference. The first sign of their shady way of doing business is that they REFUSE to give you an upfront price when they write up the contact. MORON CITY! BEWARE!!!! bad experiencie,please stay away from here,I bought a used car the online price was $10000,with fee was$13000,we make the deal,butwhen i signe the carge me extra $4ooo for documentation,no only that the car was dirty and no working good,i went back to service and no one give a answer,wait for almost 4h.,i left there with no car and no answer,now I still call and nothing is done yet,the people who I talk only said: "we don't know","we call you back".
I brought my 2012 Altima in for oil change and tire rotation, it came out with a dent and scratches. I was told there wasn't a manager on site and to call the next day. I sent pictures and video by email, called 4 times before the general manager Manny spoke with me. He was rude and basically told me to bring the car back to N. J dealership where I bought it. This is the worst dealership that I have ever been to. Too bad, I got ripped off by their finance manager, about $6000. Be carefull!! Don't go there, if you have to go, bring a police friend or a lawyer friend and a accounting friend with you. After I get the deal with the salesman and we agree with the price. Completly Awfulexperience, with the exception of the girls at the front desk!! These guys make me believe the car dealer stereotype. Nothing but lies as soon as we sat down to sign the papers.
