Dishonest people. I bought two cars after my cars were totalled from hurricane Sandy. I had to change the tires on both cars after six months and had to change the oil one month after. Stay away from this dealer!

0 stars. Horrible. Where do I begin? I would not bring my car there if I didn't have to. My car was towed there as arranged by Nissan Roadside Assistance because my starter didn't work. ALL I wanted was to get it fixed and pay the $50 deductible as agreed in the extended warranty service contract. Because my car was in the shop they took my car hostage unless I agreed to pay, initially, for a new battery, drive belt and labor, that I knew was fine. Saw cars , waited 25-30 for prices , still don't know,saw sales rep heading outside with another customer. Bought car at greatneck Nissan instead!, much better experience

My experience at this dealership was very bad. I called once and talked to a sales rep and then the next day I got a call back and I missed the call. I called back to see who called me and the customer service ladies were speaking very rude to me, not to mention i was transferred about 5 times and no one knew who called me, very unprofessional. This dealership is a joke. They are the kings of the bait and switch, promise you one price downstairs then when you get upstairs the price changes completely and you have to put a lot of money down. They like to put on a show for the customer, acting as if they're fighting with their managers to get you a better price, when they aren't really doing anything. Ray is a very big liar, and he knows about it too, so he is really afraid someone with a recorder to record what he said. All he tried to do is robbed your money as many as possible! He also tried to convince me to give him a good feedback by giving me a gift. Never trust him!

Bay Ridge Nissan Service are garbage..no they don't do their job specially at the service department. Took my car there to replace a mirror and some guy name ANTHONY there is no 2 or 3 Anthony there only one, he told me that do not need to replace the mirror just replace the glass so i did than after he bring me the bills said to pay up front than after i check the mirror, it couldn't move i return there asking for him and said yo whats going on he said oh sorry i told you that it might be a possibility for it to not work ve... read more

I WENT INTO BAY RIDGE NISSAN ABOUT A BMW I SAW ON CARS.COM THE SALE MAN PULL MY CREDIT AND I GOT APPROVE THEY WANTED TWO PAY STUB AND I HAD ONE WANT BACK THE NEXT DAY WITH THE TWO PAY STUB AND THE DOWN PAYMENT THE MANAGER TOLD ME HE DON'T NO WHERE THE CAR IS SO CAME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY AND HE TOLD ME HE THINK THE BMW WENT OUT FOR MAINTENANCE,MY CREDIT SCORE WENT DOWN AND I DID NOT GET THE CAR THEY BANK APPROVE ME FOR MY ADVICE TO ANY ONE DO NOT BUY FROM BAY RIDGE NISSAN

Very unprofessional way of dealing with customers! We called Reggie, head sales manager, to discuss a deal on Nissan Rogue that we negotiated through one of his salesmen, which he supposedly approved, and was greeted with rudeness, including Reggie being offended that we called him! We could not believe that Reggie actually had the gall and audacity to question where we got his name from!
