Saw cars , waited 25-30 for prices , still don't know,saw sales rep heading outside with another customer. Bought car at greatneck Nissan instead!, much better experience
My experience at this dealership was very bad. I called once and talked to a sales rep and then the next day I got a call back and I missed the call. I called back to see who called me and the customer service ladies were speaking very rude to me, not to mention i was transferred about 5 times and no one knew who called me, very unprofessional. This dealership is a joke. They are the kings of the bait and switch, promise you one price downstairs then when you get upstairs the price changes completely and you have to put a lot of money down. They like to put on a show for the customer, acting as if they're fighting with their managers to get you a better price, when they aren't really doing anything. Ray is a very big liar, and he knows about it too, so he is really afraid someone with a recorder to record what he said. All he tried to do is robbed your money as many as possible! He also tried to convince me to give him a good feedback by giving me a gift. Never trust him!
Bay Ridge Nissan Service are garbage..no they don't do their job specially at the service department. I WENT INTO BAY RIDGE NISSAN ABOUT A BMW I SAW ON CARS.COM THE SALE MAN PULL MY CREDIT AND I GOT APPROVE THEY WANTED TWO PAY STUB AND I HAD ONE WANT BACK THE NEXT DAY WITH THE TWO PAY STUB AND THE DOWN PAYMENT THE MANAGER TOLD ME HE DON'T NO WHERE THE CAR IS SO CAME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY AND HE TOLD ME HE THINK THE BMW WENT OUT FOR MAINTENANCE,MY CREDIT SCORE WENT DOWN AND I DID NOT GET THE CAR THEY BANK APPROVE ME FOR MY ADVICE TO ANY ONE DO NOT BUY FROM BAY RIDGE NISSAN
Very unprofessional way of dealing with customers! We called Reggie, head sales manager, to discuss a deal on Nissan Rogue that we negotiated through one of his salesmen, which he supposedly approved, and was greeted with rudeness, including Reggie being offended that we called him! Was welcomed by. Friendly staff. Was set up with Richard a very nice salesman. Who did his best to make sure I get me into a new 2013 altima that I came for. Except for offering a test drive or even to pick a color ect. Other then that all he wanted was a $299.00 down payment otherwise he wouldn't be able to get me anything. Found that to be really pushy. My wife and I bought a Nissan Murano in November second 2012.
