BB Rents keept is informed via email and YouTube! The maintenance crews stilled did outside repairs. Plus the maintenance guys are professional and Friendly! Bbrents even gave a a credit each month when we paid our rent! THANK YOU

Moving from one State to another State isn't easy but they helped me all the way. I had no issues what's so ever.
Kassandra in the collections department was a pleasure to work with! She was extremely helpful with getting payment arrangements for my rent worked out during the COVID-19 outbreak. She replied to my emails VERY quickly and was very willing to work with payments that worked for my reduced income and also the stakeholders that own/manage my home. I would recommend BB Rents to anyone looking to rent a home in the Southwestern Ohio area.
I loved the house
I have been renting with BBRents and they have always been helpful especially with my rent payments. They were always kind and understanding whenever I called. The staff is also very easy to work with whether it is a maintenance issue or just to ask a question. I have never had any problems with BBrents and would recommend them to anyone.
