Moving from one State to another State isn't easy but they helped me all the way. I had no issues what's so ever.
Kassandra in the collections department was a pleasure to work with! She was extremely helpful with getting payment arrangements for my rent worked out during the COVID-19 outbreak. She replied to my emails VERY quickly and was very willing to work with payments that worked for my reduced income and also the stakeholders that own/manage my home. I would recommend BB Rents to anyone looking to rent a home in the Southwestern Ohio area.
I loved the house
I have been renting with BBRents and they have always been helpful especially with my rent payments. They were always kind and understanding whenever I called. The staff is also very easy to work with whether it is a maintenance issue or just to ask a question. I have never had any problems with BBrents and would recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE: DO NOT RENT FROM BBRENTS. YOU WILL LIED TO ALWAYS ALL WHILE NICKEL AND DIMING YOU FOR EVERYTHING WHILE YOU GO WITHOUT CONTINUOUS RUNNING WATER FOR 3 WEEKS. THE BIG BOSS SLOW ROLLS YOU ON EVERYTHING, COMPLAINED ABOUT NOT HAVING HOT WATER, GERALD CLAIMS ITS HOT, JUST TOOK TEMP AND ITS 70° AT THE WARMEST. EVERYTIME YOU NEED MAINTENANCE TAKES WEEKS IN SOME CASES YEARS. AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. WE'RE EVEN 4 YEAR RESIDENTS.
Beth lives for scamming, she lives for being able to have the bottom dollar while placing families in slum housing! She along with this entire company is a slumlord! The houses being bought need major work completed on them but while in their ownership they only receive a bandaid, stay far away from this entire company! Avoid the headache & scams! They need shut down immediately!

I found the $65 application fee with BBrents to be reasonable. However, the approval process took 4–5 days, which was longer than expected. While Amy conducted herself professionally, I had to follow up consistently for updates. The properties I toured were poorly maintained and not adequately prepared for showings. Additionally, the company does not appear to have a physical office, and since I did not proceed further, I cannot confirm how their lease signing process is handled.
