Beth lives for scamming, she lives for being able to have the bottom dollar while placing families in slum housing! She along with this entire company is a slumlord! The houses being bought need major work completed on them but while in their ownership they only receive a bandaid, stay far away from this entire company! Avoid the headache & scams! They need shut down immediately!

I found the $65 application fee with BBrents to be reasonable. However, the approval process took 4–5 days, which was longer than expected. While Amy conducted herself professionally, I had to follow up consistently for updates. The properties I toured were poorly maintained and not adequately prepared for showings. Additionally, the company does not appear to have a physical office, and since I did not proceed further, I cannot confirm how their lease signing process is handled. Kimberly in maintenance is terrible, rude and unprofessional. I’ve had a leak for 6 months! Communication is poor along with just about everything else. I hope this one bad apple you have doesn’t spoil the bunch

Absolutely worst experience ever trying to get them to fix my toilet! Water bill sky high! I hope all their toilets flood and the water bill bankrupts them!

I had a terrible experience with BBrents and would not recommend them. I applied for a house only to later find out that someone had already placed a deposit on it. I then went to view another house and was given a code to access it, but the code didn’t work. When I called their office, I was told that this house also had a deposit on it—yet it was still listed on Zillow and their website as available. The house is nice but the maintenance department/office is terrible there’s an odor in the sunroom that I’ve been voicing a concern about since I viewed the property that appears to need maybe a dead rodent removed underneath the porch that is concrete sealed however there is a 3/4 in hole on the back that could be the culprit I they had sent 2/3 maintenance guys out each time they said the Oder was foul finally a woman from the office called and said they were going to come out and replace the floor boards Friday the 8th so... read more
