My experience with BB rents suck I've been living in this house for over a year the closet broke down they came and fixed it it broke down not even a week later the stove haven't been working for over a year they charge you for things that they should have fixed before you moved in it shouldn't even be charged they literally are horrible there is no way you can even speak to management they literally have no number for them I'm sorry but y'all need to do better

I have lived at are property for about 5 years..I can say that the people in the office are really nice,but the maintenance department not so much..I have been dealing with foundation issues flooding issues and septic issues..every week my house backs up with sewage from a full septic tank that nothing is being done about and I have minor children in the home..I now currently can not use any water or my bathrooms because of the tank being full and backing up and once again no one wants to respond on the weekend..they say ca... read more

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They tried to charge my almost $3k upon moving out of a house that was in better shape when we moved in than when we first rented. After asking for proof and having proof myself of charges being inaccurate they never responded to me directly with any explanations they simply sent knocked off about half of what they were charging me. Crooks!! I've rented from them for past 5 years. Everything is great until you move out. They will keep your full deposit plus add an additional $1000 that you will owe. The basement flooded atleast 5 or 6 times while I lived at 1753 Helen Ave in Hamilton Ohio. I never made a big deal of it the time I stayed. I’ve had an active application with this company for over a month and haven’t been shown one single property. They say they will contact me for a showing, but only text an auto message to “apply” to the house first, even though I already have an application with them. I’ve tried to contact the office multiple times with no call back and have only talked to a person one time. I regret paying 50.00 application fee.

what's messed up about this real Estate service is that, they Discriminate on the people who has section 8 vouchers. they have a separate list for section 8 vouchers programs that has busted looking houses. If there is a decent house and you are on the program, you do not Qualified for it. Stop categorizing people!!!!!!!!

The property manager Tabitha is horrible can’t get in contact with her ever it’s was mice on the property she came and had them put traps down and I stayed upstairs so they where coming from the family down stairs and she had a basement that got flooded they said they will come fix the windows on it so critters would stop coming in they never came to do that can’t fit your furniture on the property really I had to get my own fridge and stove put in the property manager Tabitha also does illegal practices and just adds fees a... read more
