We have just returned from a vacation in 1834 Beachside Tennis on Hilton Head.We have been visiting *** for over 10 years, so can offer a very informed comparison of this accommodation and others we have used ******* summary, 1834 was an excellent choice. We stayed at the **************** for four weeks mid-March to mid-April. Fabulous location! Ocean view, beach front, terrific pools make for a most enjoyable stay. Unit 2412 is very nice and spacious for both the master bedroom and guest bedrooms. We've stayed at *** for the last 3 springs...this was by far the nicest unit that we have rented. Beach Properties is also very easy to work with.
Weve used Beach Properties for the past two years and weve rented 1507 Villamare both times. We were completely satisfied with the process and the unit both times. It was as seamless as it could be. I would highly recommend Beach Properties and 1507 Villamare!
We just spent a week in 1507 Villamare and we were not disappointed! This condo has been renovated and it’s obvious the owners spared no expense.The furnishings were modern & comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable, big tv’s in the bedrooms & living room. The bathrooms were big & beautiful. We recently spent a week this spring in Hilton Head booking with Beach Properties. A few weeks before our stay they contacted us regarding an issue with the complex pool and helped us reschedule at another property which we liked even better!!! Our recent stay at 9 Ibis was outstanding! Three families from PA for Spring Break in March, and the house was a dream. Beach Properties of Hilton Head was outstanding to deal with, start to finishthey were all so helpful! The house itself was stunning, and the perfect place for our group. Wonderful layout, plenty of space for everyone, clean, and comfortable beds. Beach Properties made booking easy. The agent was professional and friendly. Our arrival packet included all necessary information to move in with no hassle. The condo, ************************, included everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedding, and a world class view. Perfect for my wife and me. It doesnt get any better!

Our recent stay at 956 Inverness Village was great. This Beach Properties rental was in great shape, clean, appliances worked properly, and a great view of the golf course. For the third year in a row we worked with Beach Properties to rent 1918 South Beach Club Villas. Beach Properties is great to work with - friendly, professional and always helpful. The villa is spacious, attractive and comfortable for six of us. The large and plentiful windows offer a fantastic view of the Calibogue Sound. It's a view we never get tired of, especially at sunset. We'll be back!
