For the third year in a row we worked with Beach Properties to rent 1918 South Beach Club Villas. Beach Properties is great to work with - friendly, professional and always helpful. The villa is spacious, attractive and comfortable for six of us. The large and plentiful windows offer a fantastic view of the Calibogue Sound. It's a view we never get tired of, especially at sunset. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our two weeks at Hilton Head. 1741 *********** was the perfect place. It was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with brand new pots and pans and had everything you need to cook. The bathroom was updated with a wonderful shower. 510 NSP is a well outfitted condo and is very comfortable! Will be back for certain to watch the beautiful sunrise again! Have been visiting HHI for decades and never once have I had the rental agent call me within 24 hours after arrival to check on us.... UNTIL NOW! Amazing personal service from folks who care. The entire rental process was easy and well executed by them. Will be using Beach Poperties exclusively going forward.

We just spent a beautiful week at 1918 South Beach Villas at Hilton Head. This Villa is clean, well appointed, and has spectacular views, including majestic sunsets. We also dolphin-watched, and deer-watched It is our second year at this Villa, and we will be back again next year. And Beach Properties of Hilton Head is thourough and very easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay. We would strongly recommend this Villa and the South Beach area.

We just stayed 8 days In Barrington Arms 406- what a delight! This condo is beautifully updated in every room. The furnishings are modern & comfortable. The bed is comfortable, the Master bathroom is just beautiful & the shower is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. The ocean view is simply amazing! 14 Lands End Court is great for a family vacation or long weekend getaway. Its outside deck is perfect for relaxing while watching boats come and go from the South Beach Marina. A large gas grill (with full propane gas tanks) enables easy grilling lunch or dinner. A large screen porch catches gentle breezes and is great for reading a book, playing a board game or just taking a nap. The three bedrooms are comfortable and up-to-date.
