Beach Properties Hilton Head Rentals is a great management company that we've used a couple of times from places we've booked through VRBO. They check in to make sure everything is going well, properties are nice and well maintained and never had an issue. Highly Recomend.

Great company to rent property from. We reserved through VRBO, but will consider just renting our HHI beach vacation renal directly from Beach properties. Property was very clean and well maintained. The company was responsive to our call and email pre-trip.

We recently rented a house from Beach Properties in Sea Pines on Hilton Head. We enjoyed a fantastic stay! Beach Properties called us the morning of our arrival to ensure everything was satisfactory. The house was well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Beach properties provided a discount to rent bikes to explore the island. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation!

Everything was excellent. From reservation process thru the stay. Communication was great. Unit was as described and comfortable. Small issue with toilet soon after check in that was corrected early the next day.Would use Beach Properties again and also this specific unit.

We have used Beach Properties for 2 vacation rentals and just booked our 3rd one with them. During both of our stays, they called us to make sure the rental was to our satisfaction. Both rentals were extremely clean and well appointed. We had a minor issue with our last rental, and the staff was terrific. They were attentive and quickly responded to our email. We also met maintenance staff during our last stay and they were friendly and helpful. We didnt hesitate to book our 3rd rental with Beach Properties.

Was amazing.. the house was A+ amenities were excellent.. everyone loved how clean it was.. view of golf course and pool was spectacular.. I would rate this a 10/10. Thanks again.. will definitely visit here again.!!!
