Everything was excellent. From reservation process thru the stay. Communication was great. Unit was as described and comfortable. Small issue with toilet soon after check in that was corrected early the next day.Would use Beach Properties again and also this specific unit.
We have used Beach Properties for 2 vacation rentals and just booked our 3rd one with them. During both of our stays, they called us to make sure the rental was to our satisfaction. Both rentals were extremely clean and well appointed. We had a minor issue with our last rental, and the staff was terrific. They were attentive and quickly responded to our email. We also met maintenance staff during our last stay and they were friendly and helpful. We didnt hesitate to book our 3rd rental with Beach Properties.
Was amazing.. the house was A+ amenities were excellent.. everyone loved how clean it was.. view of golf course and pool was spectacular.. I would rate this a 10/10. Thanks again.. will definitely visit here again.!!!
Beach properties did a fantastic job with our Hilton Head rental house! We will most definitely use them on our next visit. Our rental house was better than advertised and Beach Properties did a wonderful job from booking to checking in on us throughout our stay and following up to make sure our stay was perfect. Will not hesitate in using them in the future.
We have used Beach Properties for our last 8 trips to Hilton Head. They are so responsive and it is always a pleasure dealing with them. The condos we have stayed in are always clean and well equipped for our stay. On our last visit there was an issue with the dryer in the unit and Beach Properties assisted us with laundry service for our entire stay. We are already looking at the calendar to schedule our next visit and will definitely be contacting Beach Properties for that stay.
We had the best stay at *********. Beautiful accommodations and very clean. Views of the ocean and pool were great!!! We cant wait to come back next year!

Beach Properties was fantastic and very helpful through out the time we were in Hilton Head! Our condo was amazing and had everything we needed and beyond. It was super clean and the location couldnt have been better! We will definitely be returning soon and using Beach Properties again!
We have been using beach properties for 15 years. They are an excellent company. Out last condo 2315 was a very nice 3 bedroom. ********* is a fabulous resort to stay at. It is the only resort that we back to year after year. Book your vacation now.
