My husband and I have been coming to Hilton Head for ************************* this condo and we'll probably book it from now on~ beautiful inside, convenient to beach and everywhere we traveled for food was w/in 15 minutes. Wish I could come back this summer again. lol. I would love to know what the mattress/topper is~ we both slept the best we've slept for years~ even got couple naps in. I wouldn't recommend this condo and Beach Properies 100%

Beach Properties were wonderful to deal with. We booked a one night condo fairly last minute and they were very helpful and accommodating. The condo we stayed in was one of the best condos we have ever been in and the touches from Beach properties were on point.

Beach Properties is great with communications by sending e-mail verification and follow up phone calls mid week during our stay and prior to checkout. Upon arriving home, we addressed a slight concern and immediately got an e-mail response. The rental home was absolutely terrific, clean and ready for our four generations to enjoy! We would recommend Beach Properties whole heartedly!

We recently stayed in a property managed by Beach Properties of Hilton Head and it was great. The property was well maintained, clean and well supplied. The beach is beautiful, the pools very nice and the grounds well maintained. The unit in ************* was very nice and we will stay there again. Beach Properties was very good to deal with in reserving the property and checking to see if we needed anything. We will reserve the same unit for next year!!!***** and ***********************

Highly recommend Palmetto Dunes for the place to stay while at Hilton Head. Beach Properties was very helpful in our stay there. I would recommend using them.
Everyone we interacted with at Beach Properties were friendly and helpful. From questions on needing to heat the pool to adding parking passes or activities to enjoy while at Hilton Head, responses were always prompt. The property we rented on E ******** was well maintained and a great location. We had a lovely time. The office called the day after check in to see if we needed anything and checked in on us again later in the week.

My husband and I started renting with Beach Properties last year for one week. For 2025 we are going for 2 weeks. We cannot say how wonderful the staff, especially ******, was to my husband and I. This was the 4th year we have rented from Beach Properties of Hilton Head. Their team is amazing and very helpful, so much that we have already rented for next year. The house we rented at 13 **** is perfect for our family and for the ability to work while traveling. I did a part work trip/vacation and loved having the extra space. Access to the beach is amazing and the neighborhood is very quiet. I also liked how well stocked the kitchen is with cookware as we love to cook as a family.
