We spent 7 days at Barrington with our son, his wife, and 4 grandsons. The condo was perfect for what we needed! It was very clean. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Our condo was a very short walk to the beach, which was great with 4 young children. We would often see deer friends just below our balcony in the grass! We had an awesome time and will definitely come back to Beach Properties.

We rented from Beach Properties again this year for ****Seacrest. The service from Beach Properties was great and the condo was awesome. We had to contact Beach Properties several times, and their team responded immediately. For the condo, renovations had just been completed. Everyone in our group thought the renovations were spectacular.
Had a great experience at *** Queens Grant. Condo was very clean, updated and comfortable. Especially the beds! We would love to stay again. We also appreciated how quiet it was. The pool was nice also.

The reservation process has been easy and their staff has been extremely helpful all the way through checkout.
