This was our 5th time vacationing in Hilton Head and the first time renting through Beach Properties. They sent all the check-in information several weeks (not several days which has been nerve-racking in the past) before our departure. We were able to go directly to the condo with an entry code and not have to check-in at their office. The condo was very neat and tidy and had all the amenities needed for a weeks stay. We will definitely rent through Beach Properties for our next visit.

Beach property of *** is a great company to work with. From rental set up to check out, we had a great experience. Everything they said they would do and take care of was 100 % true. Property was clean and well set up for our visit. Also they were very helpful with information of activities on the island. We will definitely work with them again and recommend that others do as well.

This was our first time renting from Beach properties and couldnt have picked a better place. From making the reservations to making sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation a happy one. *********** with great pool and ocean views. Very secure.
