Beautifully decorated ocean front 3 bedroom villa. Two nice balconies that overlook pool & beach/ocean. Large fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals if desire. Large open area in dining area for play. Convenient to lovely beach & Coligny Plaza which has grocery store, restaurants & many shops. Thank you so much for providing such an awesome villa for our family of 8 to spend time together.
Exceptional service, great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Hilton Head and some of that is attributable to the ease of planning, booking, arriving and leaving using Beach Properties’ website, Alexa in the condo and their responsiveness to questions.

Super easy to book our stay, lots of communication leading up to our trip. And once we were there we needed some maintenance on the property and they sent someone out asap Overall an excellent trip. We will definitely use this company to book all of our future trips.

There is probably nothing bad to say about this beach house. This was our third year in a row of staying in this home. We loved all of the equipment... grill, stove, oven, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, frig..... everything was awesome. The pool was great too and so was the hot tub. We are already looking foward to our visit next year. Thank you to all involved for our wonderful time at Hilton Head, from the entire ******Family of 11. We sincerely appreciate everything.
We enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in ****Windsor II. The view is beautiful and the villa was roomy and well appointed. Everything we needed was provided by Beach Properties of HH!
Wonderful Beachfront Townhouse in Sea Pines – Perfect for Families! Our stay in this Sea Pines townhouse on Hilton Head Island was absolutely fantastic. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with easy access to the water and incredible sunset views every evening. We especially loved sitting outside with a glass of wine, watching dolphins pass by daily. The home itself was spotless and impressively well-equipped.
