Just WOW!! I dont even know where to begin- this house was amazing! There were 9 of us there for spring break & we had so much room for all! Everything was exactly as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked- we loved having 2 refrigerators. The beds were wonderful as well as the showers. The outdoor space was perfect for all of us, a lot of time spent out there. We had the pool heated & it was perfect! The bedroom above the garage was a huge hit with our 17 year old granddaughters, they felt like they had a place of their own. I ... read more

2512 Windsor II is a delightful property. It is bright and well furnished. The two bathrooms were totally remodeled which was a great surprise. Beach Properties is in contact from the time you check in. And the check in process is seamless. I will be renting this property for the third time. Were very happy there!

We spent eight weeks at ************* 301 in February and March 2024. Our condo was perfect for us, with updated furniture and finishes, well appointed kitchen and great primary suite shower! We have been visiting Hilton Head for 30+ years, including previously owning our own property in **************, so we appreciate the thoroughness of maintenance of the condo and property grounds. We have booked our stay for next winter, and are looking forward to our next visit.

We have used Beach Properties for the past eight years. The homes have always been clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well appointed.The customer service is top notch! Any minor issues were addressed immediately .We have already booked for 2025!

We stayed a week at **************. The experience was great. The unit was perfect and the follow-up attention from Beach Properties was very nice. We stayed at 1883 Beachside Tennis a few weeks ago. The property was beautiful! The view inside and out was gorgeous. Beach Properties contacted us while there to make sure we were happy with everything. We have rented with them multiple times and will continue doing so. We spent 3 months at ****Villamare. The views from the lanais are spectacular. The 2 bedroom condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Beach Properties was so easy to work with. Any issue was addressed immediately. Our main contact at Beach Properties was Stacey S****. We cannot say enough about her professionalism. We just finished a 6 day stay at *** Barrington Park, we were very happy with the villa. It was very clean, updated & everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable, wonderful shower. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. The view of the lagoon was so relaxing. We have booked with Beach Properties for several years, several times a year & have always been very satisfied. We highly recommend this property- you won’t be disappointed!
