Beach Property has always been a great company to book with and has wonderful properties like our recent stay at ********* 17. Enjoyed the week and had no problems with property, booking process, check-in or check-out.

We have stayed at Hilton Head for 4 years now. 21 ******************** was the last beach property we rented and it was the best. It had everything we needed in a house. Pool, hot tub and lots of room in the house, as well as close to the beach. We will be back and Beach properties was great to rent from. Good communication on the rental. Everyone was happy and looking forward to ****.

We just spent a week at ********* **** and we loved it. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, an unobstructed view of the ocean and the beach. There was some construction going on but we were warned of it before arrival and, honestly,it didnt bother us at all. Our unit was very nice, lots of conveniences, like the ****** coffee maker and an ice and fresh water dispenser on refrigerator! We have already reserved for next year!

We rented ************************ this fall and the condo was great! We particularly loved the kitchen as it was fully updated. Weve used Beach Properties for several years and they have always been great to deal with. We will definitely look to rent through them again.

We have used Beach Properties for over 10 years and it is always a great experience. The website is easy to use and the staff is friendly and helpful.. The rental units are clean well equipped and if a problem does come up the maintenance staff takes care of it right away.

Our stay at 5 Long Boat was great. We loved it! The house was beautiful! The pool and Spa were an added bonus. Booking with Beach Properties was so easy. Everyone was very helpful. The call after we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory was so thoughtful. This was not our first time booking with Beach Properties and it definitely wont be our last.

We have used Beach Properties for several years now. Their selection of homes is excellent and the website is very usable. We rented 8 East Beach ****** (3rd year in a row) it is a fabulous house right on the beach and beautifully appointed. Everyone was so happy to be back
