Highly recommend Palmetto Dunes for the place to stay while at Hilton Head. Beach Properties was very helpful in our stay there. I would recommend using them.

Everyone we interacted with at Beach Properties were friendly and helpful. From questions on needing to heat the pool to adding parking passes or activities to enjoy while at Hilton Head, responses were always prompt. The property we rented on E ******** was well maintained and a great location. We had a lovely time. The office called the day after check in to see if we needed anything and checked in on us again later in the week.

My husband and I started renting with Beach Properties last year for one week. For 2025 we are going for 2 weeks. We cannot say how wonderful the staff, especially ******, was to my husband and I. If we had a concern or issue ****** made sure it was addressed and corrected immediately.We LOVE the unit we stay on ***********************. We have recommended to family and friends. This was the 4th year we have rented from Beach Properties of Hilton Head. Their team is amazing and very helpful, so much that we have already rented for next year. The house we rented at 13 **** is perfect for our family and for the ability to work while traveling. I did a part work trip/vacation and loved having the extra space. Access to the beach is amazing and the neighborhood is very quiet. I also liked how well stocked the kitchen is with cookware as we love to cook as a family. My family enjoyed a fabulous week at 5 Battery (May 11-18,2024). We have rented this home several times in the past and love it! The home was clean and comfortable, and on rainy days the screened in porch was much appreciated. 2518 ******* was absolutely perfect! Just as described and the views from the balcony were amazing! We had a multi-generation family and it was the perfect place for us. So nice to have bedroom AND a bath for everyone. The unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs, which was really nice!!! Hilton Head Outfitters delivered and picked up bikes for us. We would definitely stay here again!!

This was our third time renting from Beach properties this year and again it was an excellent experience! Not only is the Beach Properties team helpful with the booking of a rental property they are very attentive and checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything met our expectations and answer any questions we may have. I took my mother to Hilton head and stayed at 2510 sea crest for a beach vacation and we LOVED it. It was exactly as described with easy (very easy) access to the beach, parking was plentiful and coligny is right across the street. The condo was roomy, clean and comfortable. Wonderful panoramic ocean views right when you walk in the door. We loved the mattresses so much were looking to buy them for our personal homes! . We plan on returning to sea crest next year.
