We rented 8 Longboat in ************** from Beach Properties in February and it was fabulous!Great location on the front beach and wonderful responsiveness from Beach Properties to every request.We would certainly return!

We recently stayed in a beautiful 3rd floor Villa in South Beach at Hilton Head Island with Beach Properties. The Villa had spectacular views, nice furniture, and very nice amenities. It was a great location. We received a very fair rental rate for this 3 Bedroom unit. Beach Properties was great to work with, from the initial reservation to checkout. We would absolutely recommend Beach Properties. We have used them before, this most recent trip was great, and we will use them again in the future.

We just recently stayed at **********************************, this was our 3rd stay in this great condo. It was renovated last year & is beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked, the *************** very comfortable. The condo is very neat & clean. The master ***************** are amazing! The view from the balcony is great. Enjoyed working with BP and have rented from them several times. The process of booking and arrival/departure is seamless. The properties are clean and well maintained. Our most recent booking at ***Barrington Court was wonderful. Ocean front - with a wrap around balcony over looking the ocean. I enjoyed listening to the waves at night. It was clean and well stocked. I'd definitely return .

We have used Beach Properties for several years. We booked with them 4 times during 2023. Our last stay was Christmas week in ************************************. This is a nice property in a great location. The under building parking with conveniently located elevator makes in and out easy.

We have used BP for over 5 years now , usually 2 times a year for HHI bookings. Jacklyn and team never disappoint from providing multiple property options to ease of booking. Use them !
My husband and I have rented properties through Beach Properties of Hilton Head for several years, all of them at the same complex. They have made it easy to book, check in, and check out of each property. All of the properties have been well maintained. In one instance, we needed a repair and also additional supplies. Beach Properties was quick to respond and very thorough. They call to make sure everything is going well, which we also appreciate. We recommend the strongly.
