They lied about my 2nd key. Said a 3rd party was going to call to make my extra key. Almost month later still no key. I signed the paperwork before I got key. They a dealership just make a key in your service department.
I was in a car accident and my Camry was totaled. So I needed a trustworthy place to get a car quick since I have a baby and no back up car for her. Took 3 hours to show me one van and do the financing. When I came up to pick up the van that they were forcing to bring back for repairs, it wasn't ready and I had to wait another hour. I had an appointment for 11:30am and it took about 4 hours for them to do an oil change. This should have been handled better! There is no reason to spend 4 hours for a simple service.
I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment at 9am to have an oil changed and a light on the dash board checked. I went home in a shuttle and called at 2:30pm- they still had not even taken my car back to BEGIN service. The shuttle only goes until 3pm there. So I came back at 3pm and they only did the oil change real quick. They had my car for over 6 hours and couldn't do the basic checks I had scheduled my car for.
The vehicle I recently purchased with so called service warranty had to have Rotors replaced that the service director made me pay for.. The car fax I was shown during my purchase was worthless
It takes longer than expected
They tried telling me based on visual inspection that my cabin filter needs to be changed for $69. I changed it myself a month before this service for less than $10. I called them out on it and they said it probably wasn't a visual, maybe they entered the info wrong. They do good work, but I feel they also try to take advantage of people.
I don't have to write anything
Bait and switch on service. Price was quoted at time of booking, but was almost double when we checked in. Waited very long past our appointment time to find this out, and service manager was rude
