Verified Renter Love living here-location, green spaces, quiet. Staff is friendly and generally responsive to requests. Being able to walk across the street for groceries is a huge benefit!
Verified Renter The leasing office team members are absolutely amazing! Austin, Xavier, and Rita are always here to help with a smile on their faces. They truly care about the residents and make it feel like a community. The Maintenance Team has made changes and are doing amazing at getting the request’s completed and even stop and say hi in the hallways. I truly love the team we have here at Bell Channelside. The renovations look amazing as well!
Verified Renter Make sure you do a thorough inspection before move in because our apartment was never cleaned due to a miscommunication between staff. The situation was eventually resolved, but could have been handled much better. The quality of turnover is not great such as hair painted over on floors and walls and the hinges painted over making the doors not close properly/make obnoxious noises. Verified Renter It’s average. Older. The floors are shellacked and you can see outlines of hairs from being shellacked over. The floors are just really gross. They claim to have updated the elevator. They put in a new floor but didn’t even take time to clean up the walls. Still smells like urine.
Verified Renter The experience so far has been fantastic. Living here is very nice and worth it, especially being in Channelside. I do think that more can be done in terms of safety. There are car break-ins consistently in the garage due to the loading dock door being broken for about a year now.
