Verified Renter Staff is great and easy to work with. Location is great and walkable. The moise is minimal and the neighbors are nice. Overall its been a good place to live.

Verified Renter Our move in was delayed a week because our unit and surrounding hallway was INFESTED with roaches. They sprayed twice and we STILL find roaches! The front office absolutely doesn’t care about us or the property, and refused to deduct the week of roach infestation from our rent Had to find an attorney to go about resolving this Nightmare front office ??

Verified Renter I love this community! There have been a few resident events that are really nice, and I really appreciate the amenities (especially the peloton bikes). The lounge is a really great place to get some work done. The location is awesome
Verified Renter Overall great location and price. Not loving the new floors in the hallways or that the pool table is gone, but the rest of the remodel is looking good especially for the units. Would really love to see an update to the building access system. Move away from just a fob access and to something that uses keypad or a QR code. Lastly, big shout out to the maintenance staff who have always been fast and phenomenal.

Best Place to live The leasing team actually cares about us as a family instead of putting us on the back burner. The new property manager is a god sent from the last one. Rita, Xavier, and Austin have been the best since we moved here. I would highly recommend coming here.
