Verified Renter The apartment is extremely conveniently located with amazing features in the neighborhood such as Sparkman, Water Street and Publix. The new front desk team is nice but definitely a bit unorganized. Would recommend as a more inexpensive option for channelside
Verified Renter I love Bell for the most part, I just hate the new black ceilings in the hallways. Other than that, the amenities are well taken care of and I feel safe and comfortable here.

Verified Renter Very good location and sizable apartments. I like proximity to the Downtown, Publix, CVS. It takes me 15 minutes to get to work. There is a river walk in a walking distance.

Best Place to live Austin is the best thing to happen to our apartment complex. We appreciate how he is always willing to assist us when we come to the office to speak about things. He has helped with our renewal, maintenance issues, and other issues we have had.
