Verified Renter The building is clean and smells clean which is importance to me. The staff is great, attentive and responsive. The place is surprisingly quiet. I enjoy the exercise room and the pool and pool deck. All in all a great place to live.

Verified Renter Hallways are dirty. Parking is extremely dirty. Packages get lost. Office staff blames previous administration for any and every issue you might have. Location is awesome.

Verified Renter Everyone here is really friendly. The maintenance is usually fast, especially in more dire circumstances (which have been very few thus far). The noise level is a little loud on weekends with their being so many college kids, but nothing too crazy or ever too late into the night. For the most part I would say everyone is pretty respectful. Verified Renter I love the location of Bell Channelside. It is close to downtown, grocery shopping, a 10min trolley ride to Ybor. It is very convenient, however the quality of the apartment and appliances does not equate to the high costs of living here. Staff is helpful and friendly on most occasions.

Verified Renter Quiet apartments. Maintained community on the outside. Gym is nice. Really enjoy the peloton bikes. Not a fan of The “polished” concrete floors. Engineered hardwood would have been a better choice.

Verified Renter Our apartment is conveniently located to Water Street and Amalie Arena. We can travel on the free trolley to Ybor and to Amalie Arena. Bell has recently upgraded the hallways and resident lounge and the leasing office; very nice indeed! The staff are friendly and responsive to residents. We love it here.
