Verified Renter We love living in Bell Apartments! Our home is spacious and modern and overlooks a courtyard. We are very close to the HART trolley so we can get around easily without parking hassles. Speaking of parking, we park on the same level as our apartment so no need to haul our stuff up an elevator. The leasing and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly.

I’m in the heart of the city with my apartment being right in the downtown area, I’m a trolley train away from nightlife in Ybor, and have many attractions to choose from from the Florida Aquarium to Sparkman’s Wharf to the Convention Center and even Amelie Arena and Armature Works. Verified Renter Smooth application process, smooth lease signing, and smooth move in. There is a loading dock for your move in truck which was an added bonus to make things easier. The grounds are well kept, both in and outdoor. Also, as with any apartment rental, some things may be “off” at first move in. They took care of everything quickly, maintenance is great! I would recommend this property to friends/fam.
