Verified Renter Love that it’s not noisy! Apts are big with big balconies. Not as fancy as anywhere else I guess but also it’s a better price & I don’t really care about being able to unlock my gate with my phone haha. Parking is GREAT!!!
Verified Renter I just moved into apartment recently. So far it has been good. We have a pretty big place for the price for rent. I will have to say though the concrete floors are not the nicest. They scratch a lot and dont look very good. Need to invest in lots of rugs...

Verified Renter So far so good, the move in process was easy and the unit was very clean upon move in. A few hiccups regarding our lease and AC issues but other than that things have been good!
