Verified Renter The apartment is located in a great location and with close to the grocery store. There are a few things that management can improve. For example the dog run has a broken water fountain, the gym has some equipment that misses parts, some seats on the courtyards are not cleaned periodically. Perhaps there should be a few more power stations for electric cars.

Verified Renter Peaceful living. Amazingly quiet. The exercise rooms have lots to do with weight machines and free weights and other equipment such as stationary bicycles. The staff that provides the maintenance get the jobs done and they are nice about it. The ground man is the best. We are very fortunate to have his hustle. The office staff are always nice and get their jobs done. I have every intention of living here for a long time to come.

Verified Renter The pros: location is great. Easily walkable to water street, downtown, Publix, lots of fun things nearby. Price is reasonable for that too. Love the high ceilings and generally everything feels modern and clean. Might just be my corner unit but I have a lot of outdoor space and don’t hear too much from my neighbors. Verified Renter I love it at Bell. It is so nice and so many things to do on the property and around the area. Its very a nice size apartment for the price. I love having a balcony that I can use to get some fresh air with. I also really enjoy the fact that the parking garage is accessible from the floor I live on. Makes it very easy to have a car and be able to have a short distance to my car from my apartment.

Verified Renter The experience went well! Everyone was helpful and the process was relatively straightforward. Some questions (like where is the trash chute, how to get to parking, etc.) I had to ask rather than already being provided, but overall good experience.
Verified Renter we love the location, so close to everything near Water Street. Our apartment is spacious and well laid out. The leasing staff are friendly and resourceful. The maintenance staff are responsive and friendly.
